Heather…….is the 1 and only reason for this 1-star review of this particular Walgreen’s location. She is the most condescending and rudely unprofessional (promoted) pharmacy tech I’ve ever dealt with-EVER. This review comes after numerous and very recent interactions with her. I really hate that the other wonderful people there have to be associated with her and this godawful unprofessionalism. I’ve been using Walgreen’s (Lamey Bridge in Dville) for years now, along with my family. She always been short, rude and snappy but as of a few months ago, her behavior is excessively rude and unprofessional. Maybe there’s some personal issues with her but I’m sure she knows it’s not the customers fault & knows better on how to treat people/paying customers in a professional way.

The staff is rude and definitely not helpful. I would rather have to pay full price for my prescription than to have to go to this place again. I don't even trust that they are competent enough to give me the right prescription. My insurance will not pay at any other place. But again I'd rather pay full price and go somewhere that I trust rather than use this place again.

The rudest Pharmacist I've ever encountered and I've gotten my meds in 20 states at walgreens through the years because I travel for work. Customer service is zero, they act like they're doing you a favor instead of you paying for a service ?.
I get 90 days supply of my medications because I travel and being close to home is may not be an option every 30 days. My doctor knows this and prescribes accordingly. Even though this particular Walgreens had the 90 days supply they would not give it to me. At any rate bottom line is the Pharmacist was rude, unprofessional and bold faced lied to my face. I can totally see why they have 2 stars in 100 reviews. Stay away!
So I called Walgreens in Biloxi and they had me ready to go in an hour. It time to switch stores.

Absolutely pathetic . Everytime I come they NEVER have my prescription despite alerting me it’s prepared . Then no courtesy given when they are out of stock you basically find out when you get there & get “check back tomorrow” upon checking back they don’t answer the phone or will hang up. The medication we get is prescribed by a dr & we NEED it . Even for our children they can’t get their meds. It’s AWFUL worst pharmacy ever . Walmart pharmacy 100x better

I’ve not once been able to pick up my full prescription in a timely manner for the past 6 months here. It’s difficult to talk to someone in person, I usually have to go in because the lines are so long. Yesterday my doc sent two prescriptions and the other one still isn’t ready. I wish Tricare would go back to Walmart

This pharmacy location is terrible and pathetic. They don't fill prescriptions on time and don't know how to bill insurance properly, especially if you have a primary and secondary. And one of the prescriptions they filled looked completely different than what I've gotten in the past from other pharmacies. I just pray to God they got it right. I had to end up going all the way to the Gulfport location to fill the other prescription filled because they were too incompetent to fix my issue. Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely horrible. Don't have scripts on time. Lose your scripts. Pathetic for "educated" people. Was told my script would be ready at 2. I show up an 2:15 to give them extra time. Sit in drive thru til 2:35. Then told to circle around the building it's almost ready. I circle around building, sit in line 10 more minutes then told it's not ready. I drive 5 minutes home just to get a text saying it's ready. Drive back up and only get 1 of the 2 scripts. Call the pharmacy and they say "I got you". Drive back up and they say it'll be 30 more minutes. 2 hours, 3 trips, for mouthwash and antibiotic. Ruined my day and faith in humanity. Go somewhere else.

I was told my medicine was on back order which is fine since fat people have been using my diabetes medicine to lose weight I've become accustomed to waiting on this life saving medicine. What I'm not fine with is lying, which is what Walgreens has done. I called for a status and was told by their computer it would be ready the next day. This happened not once but three days in a row. Now I'm told it will be delayed until further notice. Had I not believed them I could have done a pharmacy to pharmacy prescription transfer and gotten it from another pharmacy who had it in stock at the time but who does not have anymore left now. Thanks Walgreens.

If someone is in the drive through is taking over 10 minutes to get the prescription, this store needs to make them go inside because you have people waiting in line that are waiting in obscenely long time for one single person. And Caitlyn needs to work on her customer service issues.

This pharmacy is something else. ???My little one was diagnosed with RSV, and I made the mistake of getting prescriptions sent here. What I thought would be our last stop and finally getting him some relief… nope. “It’s not ready.” That’s all the person at the counter said. No compassion, doesn’t bother to offer information/other options… oh and acted like she was dealing with filth at the counter. I try to be understanding of this particular profession. They do deal with a lot of rude customers. For the longest time, they haven’t had real lunch breaks. All this in mind, I was going to be patient and asked about waiting, to which I was told that they don’t know when it’ll be ready. Not today, not even the next day. They have over a hundred prescriptions in front of me. At that point I was just confused. Do they not triage prescriptions anymore? What’s due, what’s urgent vs maintenance? Are they letting someone sit with an infection or labored breathing for days until they get to it?Corporate should take a look at their workflow if they can’t even give an ETA. If you don’t know (roughly) when those 100+ prescriptions can be completed, hire a consultant to run data for you. With all the data being trended and analyzed, surely you can get an idea of how fast prescriptions are being processed. Some prescriptions can be more problematic than others, but communicate and those shouldn’t get in the way of someone else’s prescription, urgent for that matter, from being processed.I get that retail sucks, but you’re still in health care dealing with people’s lives and wellbeing. I feel sorry for your patrons.
