The clerks at this location are always friendly and professional even when they are very busy. I ship with USPS 4 or 5 days a week, and I have been to many locations over the years. This crew is one of the best and if I lived closer I would utilize them more often.

The mailman must be blind or drunk. How he managed to run over my mailbox is unknown. My neighbor and I saw it happen though. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting them to have it fixed. They continue to give me the runaround and keep getting pointed back and forth. This has been six months now. I have no contacted Congress. Sad that it will literally take an act of Congress to get this place to work…100% would not recommend interacting with this place if you want work done.

I am going to post this review on both the Ocean Springs and D’Iberville Post Offices sites. Our home is pretty much the same distance from either post office, so we have used them both about equal in the past; no longer. I’ll go to Ocean Springs PO in a pinch or to drop off a letter, but given my choice, I now much prefer the D’Iberville PO.At the D’Iberville PO, you usually get a smile; you always have their full attention, and they give you thorough, complete information and suggestions on how to save on shipping. They look you in the eye when talking to you, and they treat you like a person, like a customer. More often than not, I leave there smiling. At Ocean Springs, the best I can describe it is that it is like dealing with a KIOSK machine. There is no human interaction, no helpful suggestions; you only get information if you know exactly what to ask; you are just as likely to get a shrug or a blank stare.Polite human interaction is not difficult; making another person, a customer, feel OK is not tough. Having worked in customer service for over 40 years, I know something about it, and it is not difficult to send your customer away feeling good about the experience. Now, Post Masters, when you start to blame your employees, stop and look in the mirror, for that is where the blame, or credit, begins!

Apparently, they will just hire anyone. Our new mailman has been a nightmare. Won't leave packages, despite us leaving notes with instructions on where to leave them. So, to avoid the waiting game and hassle, we opted to have all packages held at the post office. He still loads them up into the carrier every day, but still will not deliver them. He delivered packages to the wrong house today. After we tracked them down. I was told they would be picked up by the carrier and delivered the SAME DAY. Well, that never happened. Also, one of the older men behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. He always makes it out to be our fault, or like we did something wrong. Never wants to help, has an attitude, and makes unneccesarry comments. After months of dealing with this situation and spending hours upon hours at the post office. I would have thought they would sort this out or terminate the carriers employment by now. It's to the point where I'm considering moving cities based on this post office alone.

The employees here are always helpful and friendly, which is not always the case at other local USPS locations. I've never had a negative interaction at this location and it usually feels like a breath of fresh air in comparison. I'd rather go out of my way to come to this location than visit some others.

I went to the D'Iberville post office yesterday and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude to me and for no reason. They need to put him in the back of the building sorting that mail and selling being out in front in front of customers. He was awful would not even help me with an envelope to send piece of mail certified. He looked up in the air and said something like do you hear it echoing in here trying to be smart in front of a line of customers. He wanted me to walk all the way to the end of the building to pick up the same envelope that he had behind his counter all he had to do is put a stamp on it envelope on the other side of the building

I am furious with the person that delivers to my home off of Lickskillet Road in D’Iberville!! This person continues to throw packages out on our driveway, knowing we have dogs….that I’m sure greeted this person as the package was thrown. In the package are headphones that I ordered for my students. Now they must be returned due to one being chewed on!.All of this could be avoided, because we have an extra large brick mailbox with a flat top that could hold packages without a problem. Bottom line, next time use some common sense please.

I am very disappointed in the delivery service of the USPS. I track my package that arrives at the local post office in the early hours of the morning and my package doesn’t arrive at my residence until DAYS later. I live within 4 miles of the post office and there is no reason for this to be happening. I have no respect nor sympathy for the workers nor the customer service representatives as I’ve yet to get proper service. I get my neighbors mail and vice-versa ( we should get paid for correcting their mess up).

So I paid for overnight shipping on a package. The package didn’t arrive for three days and was supposed to have a moneyback guarantee when I went into this location to inquire about that they told me there was nothing they could do that it showed it was delivered not the first time I’ve had this issue where something shows delivered even though it’s not with the post office. The Manager, Tommy Buckley would not even come up to the front to talk to me about the issue. Instead, he told the clerk to tell me if I wanted to talk to someone to go back to the location that I originally shipped it from.

I've had a PO BOX here for years and it's crazy how much the price has went up. It has at least doubled, but I like knowing my mail is safe, so I'm staying where I'm at. Plus the customer service is awesome!!!

Line always moves quick as they have most Checkout counters readily open. I specifically enjoy the older, taller Caucasian male that's normally there when I come in. He has a fun personality and seems to enjoy his job. And, if he doesn't he sure fooled me! The other employees are also nice and helpful. Love frequenting places that have awesome service!
