*Pack service a little expensive* ? I like to send my packages with UPS. But, in some other offices they sell regular boxes and that it's more comfortable when you don't have time to go somewhere else. I brought my package wrapped in a strong box but they told me I needed another box. (They didn't tell me the cost, but I saw that on the screen before paying and I didn't want to bother the worker who was very kind) Then I accepted the payment. I think it's quite expensive 30 dollars for the package service. So please make sure To take your box from somewhere else to avoid the charge. The pack service (box size 18x12x12) was more expensive than shipping, which only cost me 23 dollars. ?

They were cage closed and entering the outside security pin @ 6:28. I pulled to the side of the sidewalk as I she enters the pin and asked if they were taking anyone else and was told "no we're closed". They may as well be closed @6 like all the other locations changed to bc they all close before their actual closing time.

Never had a problem with people, but the charge for printing a label is ludicrous. As a previous review stated go to Office Depot r Sorg printing on Automall Parkway in D’Iberville it’s 25 cent. I will use this store again, but not for labels.

I went to the UPS store in D'Iberville,MS earlier in the day around 1:45 & was treated very well. I was trying to return a package & was given clear instructions of what to do that would save me money. I spacifically asked her "do I bring in the return slip @ the package as it is" she said yes. I go back around 5:34 pm & was NOT greeted just told "come down here." I explained to her what I was told & very rudily was told a completely different story on what to do. I've felt w/this lady before & realized that her personality is just STRAIGHT UP OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE!!! I'm just down the street but will drive to Gulfport to FedEx. i can't stand that chick!!!!!!she wa there by herself!!

Tried to return an Amazon package and the cashier was completely rude. The package came out of plastic bag and I chose that location because Amazon says they will provide the label and the return package. Canceled my return and will not be visiting this location again.

Probably the rudest customer service I've ever had at any business in D'iberville, they did everything possible to turn away my business and run me off. One-word answers and their "we can't/we won't" attitude will keep me, my friends and my family from ever coming back here.

I went in to have a package shipped but I needed extra tape. I grabbed one roll off the rack and had trouble peeling it up to use so I grabbed another roll. This roll of tape had the same issues but I was able to make it work for one strip. This roll had nothing but shreds of pieces. I barely got one good piece out of it. I told her what happened and she tried to charge me for it anyway. She grabbed the tape and got one good strip. I was able to do that just once. I went for my wallet and told her I couldn't believe she was going to charge me for defective product. She told me to just go. She was mean and belittling about the whole experience! Horrible service!

I built a $3000 custom gaming PC for a customer and stuffed the inside with packing material and placed the tower back into the original box with the fitted foam to be shipped. I paid the extra to insure it and informed them of the cost and contents. When it arrives the video card slot had been ripped off, there was a huge dent in the top, the glass sides had become pushed into the case so much they became misaligned, and all in all the computer was destroyed. I filed my claim and they denied it saying I didn't pack it correctly. They wouldn't even refund my shipping fees even though they brought it back to me after they were done investigating it and giving me a middle finger. I understand this was a UPS corporate decision but I also feel like this location didn't really care about what happened. They just told me what UPS said and glossed over how much of a slap in the face it was.

First of all let me give you the date I came into this store! 4/7/21. As soon as I walked in no welcome at all this African American lady rolled her eyes as I walked in with my ladder I was returning to amazon. Now my Amazon told me bring it in no packaging needed and this lady was leaning on the counter mask on her chin on her cell phone she told me oh you need a box for that I said no mam amazon said I didn’t need a box she said for that you need a box so I told her you know what since your a lazy pos I will be going to a different location the one in Gulfport Hardy court always takes my items no problems ever! And there was another white bigger lady working with her hunched over the counter on her cell phone. Very unprofessional these people should NOT be employed period! I should not have been treated like I’m a bad guy for returning my package that was inaccurate! It was ridiculous y’all need to get rid of her I’ve seen other people have problems with her as well!
