I had an inspection done and it was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and courteous. They were able to find problems that I need to take care of and I plan on using them for all my Kia needs.

Bought a car from this company. I was told that extended warranty and powertrain warranty was on the car. The motor blows up at 79,000 miles. 40,000 which was driven by me. Contacted Tameron about warranty, I was told KIA USA blame me for the motor blowing up and refused to fix. I had oil change done regularly and car was kept up. I looked up issue with the Kia Soul and found that Kia has a class action lawsuit for this exact issue. The company admit they knew about the lawsuit but continue to sell defected cars and refused to replace engine. The owner Ryan basically laughed and said "your problem is with Kia, not me". The general manager stated "it's your fault or whoever change the oil fault. your problem".... I drove on the same oil change for 2700 miles without an issue. Do not buy a car from this company. They do not honor warranty. Do not buy a Kia. They do not honor warranty.

The service department is terrible! Unprofessional & unwilling to assist. My husband has brought the vehicle in multiple times for touch screen problems. The 1st 2 drop offs they claimed they were unable to recreate the issue & recommended taking video. Now we have video & brought it back for the 3rd time to be told it happens & they can't do anything with the video. The system also has a recall on the camera of which they did not acknowledge & has since locked my child in the vehicle because it didn't recognize we had the keys & were attempting to unlock it. Clearly there is a systemic electronic issue & this is the only way to get attention.

Several phone calls leading into scheduling an appointment with them. Keep that in mind when I'm telling you this. I asked for an oil change and they put in the appt synthetic oil change. I called the day before my appt and talked to Denise who told me she was correcting that in the order. Imagine my surprise after driving up there and being told they ONLY do synthetic oil changes! My car has never used synthetic oil nor do I drive long distances. My vehicle is a 2015 with only 12k miles on it. This was entirely a bait and switch which is against the law. A synthetic oil change there is $69+ versus a regular oil change that was $29 when it was Pat Peck. I was first told it was Tameron's position to do only oil that was synthetic and then later I was told it was a Kia policy. I called Kia and this is not their position! Complaint to Kia is in.How can any dealership not have regular oil? I'm documenting this because if my power train warranty ends up with a problem it's on them they forced me into going to Pep Boys after telling me I shouldn't do that when I first called to scheduled the appointment. If you can't properly service my vehicle, I'm not wasting my time on you.You had 3 different opportunities to tell me this information before going up there. Such a waste of time and I'm betting that most people go there and because they're there, they just agree to the higher priced synthetic oil. Not me. I asked to speak to the service manager when I was there. I was told he was busy.I worked compliance my entire life and know that no matter what the industry, what they did was bait and switch. I recommend that if you want regular oil, DON'T GO THERE.In addition to my Kia complaint I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs in Mississippi.

Called and talked to Mike the parts manager as I was 500+ miles from home and needed a part. He was extremely knowledgeable and help me get the part so I could get home and see my family. Thanks for all the help Mike. They rest of the people I worked with here were great as well.

This Kia shop put the one in to shame. They have the BEST customer service, Kia in Mobile had our car for 3 months and did nothing to it. We had it towed to Tameron they had it fixed in two weeks with a whole new motor. Thank you again, Tameron, for taking pride in what you do.

BUYERS BE VERY WEARY IF FINANCING. I saw a car online and it was the one I've been looking for. It was $41k, but I had at least $4k equity in my current car (even though others offered $5-$6k). I was extremely interested in the vehicle and was hesitant for them to run my credit. Ultimately I allowed it because I was really wanted the car and the salesman told me they were going to check a couple lenders to get me the best APR. When they came back with the figures, they were trying to charge me $770-$800 a month for ultimately a $35-36k loan. I knew the numbers weren't adding up because 1. I had a pre approval with an amount less than that and 2. There was no way the APR was less than my current pre approval, which is why I wasn't using it.I ran the numbers after we left because something was fishy. They were trying to give me a 16.5% APR!!!! I was shocked, but not as shocked as I was when I checked my credit and they only attempted to run me through Kia finance and no one else. So they refused to work a deal with me and attempted to squeeze more money out of me by forcing me to go with their lender, UDAAP violation much?!

The gentleman who was helping me to try and get a used car did a wonderful job. Just wish my fiance company had been posting to the credit bureau because would have walked out with a Kia. Am definitely going back when they finally get to post everything at the end of March. All of this is do to new rules due to covid19.
