This place is so wonderful. Every interaction and experience I’ve had here has been wonderful through the service department and the staff is top notch. They are knowledgeable, patient, honest, kind and seriously so helpful. I feel like the prices have been reasonable, they make in a point to have the appointments done on time so you’re not there all day waiting. I just really have only the best things to say about this service department here.

I had an issue with my windshield washer sprayer. I asked them to look at it. They did state it needs to be replaced but it is working a lot better now.

I will never take my Altima to be serviced here. My friend Justin took his 2020 Maxima to be serviced and it came back with a tear in the seat. I’ve rode in his car many times and he takes great care of it, the car is like new. John at the dealership tried saying it tore on its own, John is a liar. That seat didn’t just tear all of sudden. I will not be taking my car here

My son brought in his 2020 Maxima to be serviced last month. He got his car back and there was tear on the seat that wasn’t there before. I brought it to an upholstery repair shop to be looked at. They stated that the damage appeared to be from a sharp object. My son brought it back to the dealership and John looked at the damage. John blamed the damage on the seat itself. Thats not very likely considering the car is like new and well taken care of you. It’s just at 3 years old. John and the dealership refused to fix the damaged seat. Even if the seat tore/cracked due to wear, they should fix it being as it’s like new. I have a truck older than his car and the leather is not tore. John and the dealership are full of liars. I do not recommend them.

My step brother took his 2020 Maxima in to be serviced last month. After getting it back there was a tear on the seat, that wasn't there before. He brought it to their attention but John deflected blame on wear but the car is like new and it wasn't there prior to service. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be taking my Nissan to this dealership. If they mess up your vehicle, they will deflect blame and John is a liar.

Usually I cant stand going to a dealership. If you tell them you do not want a red vehicle they will show you every red or maroon vehicle on the lot. Not Justin at Ray Brandt Nissan. We told him what we were looking for and he did not let us down. When it came time to work out the financing it could not have been any easier. Justin and Chris were very helpful and Mrs Caroline was so nice and informative. As far as I'm concerned its the only dealership I will go back to.

I used to not like sitting and waiting and waiting for hours when buying a car at the dealership ( it will take your whole day) for a busy hardworking mom like me "time is gold" I would like to Thank Mr. Patrick Oriol my sales consultant for taking care of me while in the process of buying my Nissan Kicks SR 2023. Everything was communicated via email. Had I not had my phone, I guess I’d still be waiting. Didn’t have the part. When I asked, was told he was picking it up now. Waited another 20-25 minutes and asked again and was told he was out picking up other items. Had I not asked, I guess I would’ve had waited another hour or so.
