Got the regulator in my bf truck window fixed. 1/3 the price from EVERYWHERE else and they quoted a few hours on the job but got it done in under a hour! Great customer service, price and fast and efficient work. They deserve these 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought my 2002 Toyota Camry to Ron for a total paint job. Had a leaking windshield which had caused bad rust problems. He fixed everything. My car looks like I just bought it. I am so pleased with the finished product. Ron is very informative and professional. The front desk receptionist (Memory) was always courteous and helpful. I was prepared to be without my car for more than 2 weeks, so that was not a problem for me. I would recommend Pro South Paint and Collision to anyone and will use them again if needed.Services: Painting

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HEREI had a minor accident in my hellcat challenger and wanted it fixed right away. I called around but mostly all body shops in the area had a waiting list close to two months. Pro south told me they could get me in sooner. In a little as a week. What a mistake. The owner and his band of felons are beyond sketchy. They charged the insurance company for so many things that they never did. I brought some pieces of my bumper from the accident to show what was there. They used the damaged parts and charged the insurance for new parts. My car still doesn’t drive right. Fenders are off. The car wont 4 wheel align. When I called them and brought it back he immediately said the car looks as if it’s been in another wreck. Strange I thought. But now I know he says this to absolve himself from the work that was done or not done. He then tells me he missed something and he can fix it for $1000 out of pocket. Take it from me. Do not bring your car. Wait and bring it to someone reputable.

I contacted Pro South for an insurance backed collision repair on a 2019 Honda Accord after getting some good referrals from locals in the area. Unfortunately I was unable to see the great work on my own vehicle.The owner, Ron, was very nice and tried to be accommodating but my issue is with how unorganized and poorly managed the business and administrative operations are. I provided my estimate with parts and labor costs 2 weeks in advance of the appointment time scheduled. I asked at the time of scheduling the appointment to give me a call if the parts would not be available so I wouldn’t arrange an Uber etc. when dropping off the car. When I showed up to the appointment, the Office Manager admitted she did not call to see about the parts. Turns out a lot of the parts were after market and would require a supplement. I had already scheduled an Uber so lost $ on the ride, since I was not going to be able to leave my car there. I was told that the Office Manager would call around and confirm what parts they could receive and when and get back to me so I could schedule accordingly. This was 7 days ago. I should not have to chase a business down. If you want the business, take care of the customers up front. I am sure they do great work, but the fact that 7 days have passed with no follow up has reduced the confidence I have that the repair would be fairly completed and stress-free.
