Great service, helped my son when he was stranded on I10. Got him towed very quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed and he was back on the road in just a few hours. Life savers!! Would recommend to anyone.

The staff here is always professional, friendly, and quick. Christina, Chris and the rest of the team are so honest and hardworking; always going above and beyond and thoroughly listening to all of my concerns. They've helped me with many oil changes, brake problems, and little concerns here and there. Couldn't recommend more.

I've been using PTW for many many years. I bring all of my vehicles there for oil changes and routine maintenance. I have recommended them to several people who continue to go back. I myself turned wrenches for over 20 years. I got sick of busting my knuckles so decided it was time to find a shop. PTW fit the bill as far as being reliable and trustworthy. Great shop and great staff ??

PTW is the best shop in town. I will never go anywhere else for anything. They had the best price on tires, and I also have all of my car maintenance done there. They are always honest and friendly. If my friends ask for a car shop, PTW in D’iberville is ALWAYS my answer!!

Ptw replace my water pump and forgot to hook the hose back up so it had no water in the radiator. It cost me $96 to get it fixed and they refused to reimburse me for that. They don’t give refunds and that would’ve been covered under warranty, I don’t think stupidity or ignorance or human error is covered under the warranty, avoid this place at all cost

I went here because I had a flat tire issue with a used tire I bought in NOLA. It kept going flat, so I took it to PTW. They checked it and aired it up and it was great. Until I woke up the next day and it was flat again. So I took it back (mind you, this wasn't even their tire) and they checked it again and found a nail that everyone missed. So he fixed that, and it's been fine since (3 weeks or so).
The outstanding thing about this situation is that I talked to the GM(??) and she was so helpful. She told me exactly what was going on and what they were doing. When I brought it back the second time., she didn't charge me because they missed it and I was going to take it back to NOLA and get my money back.
Anyway, between the GM and the mechanic, they fixed my tire and were very helpful.
I'm a single female, so I have to be able to TRUST the people I deal with. I trust that PTW was in my corner and doing what they could to garner that trust and fix my car at reasonable prices and excellent workmanship.
I DEFINITELY recommend going to the D'Iberville PTE if you want reliable mechanic services at a competitive price.

Service was great!!!! Came in to get my rims removed and factory tires put on. They guys were great and even helped me take the rims home due to them not fitting in my car. They are definitely my go to tire shop now and I will be recommending everyone I know.

The guys at PTW are great! I personally worked with Jerra aswell as Alex, they both were great and incredibly knowledgeable.
