My husband and I went in the store yesterday. We are in the market for desks and chairs in our home offices. We looked around and found one or two items that we were interested in, but no one EVER approached us and asked if they could help. In fact, two employees stood just feet from us discussing something, and both of them walked away without so much as a glance our way. I'm not going to flag down someone to wait on me, especially since there were several employees on the store. As we exited the store there were no less than FIVE employees hanging around the front of the store, and none of them appeared to be doing anything productive. I'm surprised they are able to stay in business. They may eventually go the way of Tuesday Morning and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Ironically, I never had a problem getting help in either of those stores.

Refused to make a poster. I had a friend make one and they said it was copyrighted. It was not.

I brought in a form to be printed. Asked for 4 tablets with 25 per tablet. They printed 7 tablets with varying counts. One tablet only had 5 forms. I will not use them again.

I was looking for an office desk, after I parked the car about to walk in saw an employee locked the door, the sign was clearly said close @7pm but it's only 6pm and your employee already closed the door on the customer. On top of all they was laughing.
