Atm machine is down and they will not give you more than $3000 on the inside of this branch which is ridiculous. Navy Federal is falling off. Why do you want to hold our money. A branch manager in a light blue blazer told another customer she could only get $3000 today the lady asked if she could come back the next day and get $1000 because she needed $4000. The manager told her they would see what they could do! What do you mean see what you can do!!! You are a bank and you have our money and if we want our money you need to give it to us!!! You can’t give us $4000 or $5000 in cash!!! The NCUA and FDIC will be contacted!!!
And the wait time is ridiculous!!! People are leaving because they can’t speak to a banker!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I am so disappointed!!!!
