Customer service here sucks. Waited for wire cutting for about 10 minutes. No one ever showed up. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Don't plan to shop here again.

Bought a brand new lawner mower after 3 months of using it it stopped working. They claimed 7-10 days for us to get it back. It's been over a month and can't get a response back via email, a call back or even a manager on the phone (leaving me on hold for over 30 minutes). I've called twice a week for a month, been in person twice and sent multiple emails. Only response I got was we will call you when we find it! What do you mean find it? Worst experience, worst management (at least Janet tried to help). At this point I recommend to not EVER shop this place again. I'll be sure to communicate that on all social threads alike UPDATE: A refund is "supposed" to happen 3-7 business days

Unfortunately, My favorite Lowes Garden center register was closed due to the weather , So I HAD TO DO SELF CHECKOUT, which was fine, I love finding deals and I boast about it to any one I meet,, the person at the self checkout couldn't help me out Cathy, who said was the head cashier, wS unkind and practically rude, because all she had to due after verifying my identity, was scan her badge. Instead I had to take all my "3" baskets to Service where Mrs. Mary helped me out.So glad to you Mrs. Thank You for stepping up and being "Awesome!!!!

Diana at customer service today was incredibly rude. I’d purchased some tools for my maintenance man at the Gulfport store earlier today, and had realized the tool set I bought included a socket set so I needed to return the individual set I’d purchased that morning. I went to the D’Iberville location- as this is closest to my property. I had my receipt, the card I made the purchase with and socket set in hand (unopened). I did take a quick trip to grab an item I missed while shopping earlier, which was located right by the service desk, might I add. When I approached Dianna at the service desk, she said nothing to me at all, so I just explained that exact story above. She didn’t care to examine my receipt or anything before asking me, “What door did you come in?” I was sincerely caught off by her whole demeanor from the beginning and I thought she said “What store did you come from” so I answered Gulfport. She says, “No, what DOOR did you come in?” in a snarky tone. I was completely shocked by this question because I felt it was unnecessary, unprofessional and rude. I pointed to the door right next to us and she said nothing and began my return. I really felt this was unnecessary considering I had everything for the return and as someone who does business here regularly, I felt like she was insinuating I was stealing because what was the point of the snarky comment if you know you didn’t see me come in, and you still didn’t have a way to verify anyway? I wasn’t aware I had to go directly to the service desk once entering if doing a return. She made me so uncomfortable I almost took my items to Gulfport to do the return, but I genuinely felt an almost hostile energy and I didn’t want to escalate the situation.

Bought a washer and dryer in store and set it up to be delivered.
Keep in mind that I am autistic and disabled.
The day of delivery, today, the time was supposed to be between 2 and 6pm. As of now, it is 6:45pm and STILL no washer and dryer delivered. I got a call from the delivery guy asking for instructions to MY aprtment, got a text saying my items were "delivered". I see the truck at a different building and go to correct them, a good half mile walk. I tell them they are at the wrong building. But no; he says he has ANOTHER delivery here. They decided to call ME for MY ADDRESS and APARTMENT then decide to deliver to someone else? Am I the only one who thinks this is NOT okay?
It is past my delivery time window by almost a WHOLE HOUR. Do you know what I could've done today if I would've known the delievery would be THIS effing late? A lot. I could've done a lot with my day instead of sitting and waiting for over FIVE HOURS.
Edit: At 7:07 they have arrived. Slamming things around, not speaking to me, having a general attitude, giving me nasty looks, talking about me when they think I can't hear them, etc. Not only that, but they keep texting on their phones and stopping to read texts. You are over an hour late, you gave me an anxiety attack by making me think you were delivering to the wrong address, and you STILL have the audacity to talk $h!+ about the customer who is not even TEN FEET AWAY? Yes, I am disabled and autistic, but I am NOT deaf. You people need to train your employees better. Especially with customer service. Customers should NOT have to hear someone talk about how "fat" they are and "lazy" for sitting on the couch. What am I supposed to do? Help them do THEIR job?

Lowe's has a real good selection of different home improvement items. A big complaint we have is that we have purchased things that cost quite a bit of money and paid to have it delivered. And there is always some kind of problem! An upright freezer was finally delivered after quite a long back order wait then I had to refuse it because it was all dented and scratched up. They were supposed to send another one out and they had that so messed up that I never did receive a freezer. I purchased a washer and dryer and had some problems getting them. Recently it was counter tops and some other things to replace our sink and counters. Well after paying a good amount for delivery that gets all messed up too. So I had to cancel some of my items because they did not have a truck available that was big enough to carry my complete order. I have made a suggestion to my family that since we have had so many problems with delivery every time we purchase something to be delivered from Lowe's that I think in the future we should do our shopping at The Home Depot. Maybe they will appreciate our business and get our items delivered on time and with care.
