I was in search of a blue Toyota Camry! I live in Georgia and found one at Infiniti of South Mississippi! When we called we were out in contact with Cat Ludlow!! She was awesome form the start. She answered all our questions with extra information and made the process super simple even though we were states away! When we arrived in Mississippi she had all the paperwork work ready and the car was cleaned and ready to go!! Within 45 minutes I had my beautiful car and was on the road headed back to Georgia !!! Mrs. Cat called and checked on me and even made sure I made home!! She was so professional and personable! She was awesome to work with!!

We purchased a vehicle yesterday from Infiniti of South Mississippi. It was truly one on the BEST car buying experiences our family has had in many years of buying cars. Our Sales person, CAT was delightful and truly represented our interest to the fullest! Cliff was very involved and he was wonderful. All our questions were answered, and we could not be more pleased. As a business owner, I know how important good service is, and I highly recommend this dealership, and these great employees for your next automobile purchase!

Worst buying experience ever. No tag, no gas,and promises to resolve both were not kept. After 3 managers I Still have not received resolve for my vehicle not having gas during my purchase. Each manager, Hunter, Cliff, and Roget, all promised to send. I purchased in Mar 24 and it is now May. Initial excuses was a new owner buying and a transition. What excuse now?
I will warn vice recommend Any dealer of South Mississippi owned by Gayle Benson on social media, especially Infiniti.

Lee was my salesperson on my QX80 and 2021 and again on my QX60 and 2024 and I will never use anyone else but Lee to service my auto needs when I am purchasing! I live in Florida but will still always use Infinity of south Mississippi and Lee as my salesperson.

I dont like the fact they charge a 3% fee if using a credit or debit card and they don't tell you until you are paying. They should have given me a heads up before any work was started. I would have went to the bank to get cash.
