Bud, Brad, and Scott were fabulous. I went to them with a list of questions had no idea what I was going to get or needed. They assisted me with everything I provided them photos. They helped with measurements . They found what I needed at another location and told me exactly the items I would need to purchase, printed items on a list for me, also gave me directions to the place that had the parts. They went out of their way to confirm items were there in stock at other location. I cohld not ask for a better group of individuals to represent this business. I will choose them over any others in the future. Truly the best customer service! I will recommend them to others. They were kind , knowledgeable, helpful and just overall I had a great experience.

Yesterday was one of the BEST customer experiences I have ever had and needed. David was Awesome!!!! He went above and beyond to help me with my capacitor issue for my Home A/C unit. He stayed late (which he did not have too) to make sure he got me and my Family cooling again. Thank you for helping me out and saving some money for the hotel we were going to stay at last night. If you need the parts Hughes Supply go the extra mile for their Customers.

I bought 2 capacitors and 1 contact switch from this place. We then decided we were going to just get a whole new A/C unit. It was only a couple of hours before I tried returning the parts. Of course, they won't take back any of the components. I later looked up these parts online and found out that this place is almost 3 or 4 times the price then what you would find online. Not very happy.
