Dawn did such a great job in helping us secure our BMW X3. She went above and beyond in communication and to make things happen. She was quick to give us updates and letting us know the next steps. We love our new vehicle and will certainly call her up next time we are ready to upgrade.

Very outstanding service department! Billy Herbert really makes sure you feel comfortable and confident with your service experience. The 1st thing he do is make sure you are familiar with the coffee area and the snack area…. Then once you or the service staff get the video from the service department he explains everything from the video to you and you’ll feel very knowledgeable knowing what is happening with your vehicle. Awesome Service Department!
