It’s 4 employees at the front desk doing nothing and they see customers standing there including myself waiting to be assisted,and they approach you with an attitude…I tried to use there FedEx shipping service to return an item and no one assisted me I end up leaving….

Got really confused where this was at, and currently one of the two packages I dropped off same day are having complications. I guess I shouldn't blame them for that, but here i am.
