I brought my lap top in to be looked at and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. My fan blades were busted off and I needed a whole new fan. They were super awesome and ordered the part. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. I felt reassured and at ease. When I received my lap top back the gentleman was incredible. He took the time to show me the old parts and explained everything where I could understand it. I would absolutely recommend them. The prices were extremely fair and the customer service was superb. Anyone who needs a new or used computer or laptop would benefit from choosing this small business first!

I have no idea what kind of service this guy provides but when I recently parked in a handicapped parking spot to go to the restaurant on the end of the small strip mall he came out of his store and shouted at me that I parked in one of his designated parking slots. After he told me that, I noticed a small sign saying those spots were reserved for his store and the barber shop directly in front of where I parked. Just moments before he came out, I greeted the barber shop owner and she didn't say anything about me parking there and I even told her we were going to the restaurant. After I told the computer shop guy that we were parked in a designated handicapped spot and were displaying a valid handicapped sticker he said to move my car or he'd call a tow truck. All of the parking spots directly in front of his business were empty. I did move my car but I can only imagine the bedside manner he has with his customers and now I'll never find out.

I drove thirty minutes to get here because I was hoping to buy some old computer stuff and maybe an upgrade for my laptop. The place is one room with clutter strewn about everywhere. No rhyme or reason to anything, just unorganized desktops, monitors, and keyboards. The entire room absolutely reeked of smoke. I almost gagged. There was only two people there, I assume the owner and his assistant. He just stood and watched me and my family while we tried to look around and make sense of it all. I was really disappointed and now I need a new place to buy old computer stuff. Please don’t come here unless you know exactly what you’re looking for.
