“The employees are extremely professional. yesterday there was a extremely rude and belligerent customer came in to return a part. customer walks and demands a refund. he stated he installed the part but it didn't fix his problem. now granted it he is shouting and cussing at the employee and other customers. he refused to to allow the employee to talk as he tried to de-escalate the situation. The employee gave the customer the time the manager would be in today and corporates number. the employee remained calm and polity asked the customer to leave. because of the scene he was causing. 10 out 10 love the way he handled the situation.”
