I had one of the most uncomfortable and awkward checkout experiences I’ve ever encountered. I was next in line, and when the cashier at the register looked at me, she just stared without saying a word. I approached the counter and placed my items down, but there was still complete silence.
She rang everything up, and I asked to add my phone number to earn points for my purchase. She said she forgot and then asked if I was ready to pay. I explained that I wanted to ensure my points were applied, and she said they would be and asked me to pay.
When I scanned my card, nothing happened. She continued to silently stare at me until another employee stepped in to let me know the payment hadn’t gone through and I needed to scan again. I did so, then left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
The lack of communication and professionalism made this experience far below the usual standards I’ve come to expect from Bath & Body Works.

The cashier is always very hateful to her, it's the same thing, treating her badly, wanting to collect my daughter's money and mine together, when she is told several times that she is separated, she really reluctantly throws things away if she doesn't have the patience to work with people who don't. Working has no ethics at all and if she doesn't like serving Hispanics, it's bad for her we are all equal.cashier #3621375
