Call every week. My payments are always made on time and I opted for text reminders so they won’t call. I feel like I’m being harassed. The current manager speaks as if she has an attitude also. Only tried them because a friend but will never do business with them again.

got a tv and tv stand from here, tv stand broke while they were unloading it, was told i would get another one, has been a month since and still haven’t seen the new one, today, they charged my card for double what they are supposed to and i didn’t authorize it, i was not set up on auto pay so they legally cannot take payment without my permission, on top of all that, it was also double what it was supposed to be

So I’m literally typing this as Justin from Diberville Location is bringing in my things. I shouldn’t have to wait to get all my things . My thing is why is he doing this job by his self on a 3 floor (3 flights of stairs) I feel that the manager who worked with him should of stepped in and came with him. This is not a one man job . Justin is a sweet and respectful young man but I’m highly upset at how he is doing this alone. He needs a raise and three paid days off . Great job Justin . Sorry for the one star but that’s for the store not you Justin.

My daughter and I both have accounts at this location. I am currently waiting for them to come pick up my items due to me canceling my account. Decided to cancel because they continue to contact my daughter to pay on my account even though she is not on it and ends up throwing her own account off. When they did finally show up she was encouraged to pay on my account again instead of picking up my items like asked and then began calling her to pay on hers. I still have yet to hear from corporate office. It's hard to keep either current when you are also having to pay overdraft and late fees because they can't seem to follow legal precedent for account privacy and collection
