Paid $607 for them to not fix a single issue I brought my truck in for. They are scam artists, and I'm really surprised they haven't been sued before. They don't even deserve one star.

Had a recall on my vehicle, called the service department and they informed they have a mobile service, super easy to schedule and communicate with. Zach was very nice and helpful, he even called to ask if he could come early!

Tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to reset a "my key" in a used ford I just bought. They also said they'd have to keep it for a few days. Instead I took it to a local locksmith in ocean springs. They took care of it in 20 minutes and it cost $50.

Trash. Service department trash. Sold me a used vehicle with a rear main seal leak. And told me they couldn’t even work on it because because of the age. They’re pathetic and should be closed down. I do not recommend buying anything from them not even worth it really not even worth a star.

Never in my life have I dealt with a place of business that is more about taking advantage of the consumer at all costs. Since moving to the area in November 2022, my vehicle has been turned into this dealership eleven times for some sort of warranty, recall, or damage repair that was caused by negligence of its employees. Damages that have been caused range from scraping the side of the vehicle, gouging interior trim, leaving clips out when putting the vehicle back together and having components fall apart, and putting a screw in my tire while in the body shop for paint repair due to a manufacturer defect (that I ultimately paid for because of the General Manager, Roger, not owning up to a mistake made by his employees and made me pay for damage they caused).Most recently, my vehicle was dropped off on September 14, 2023 for my appointment the next day at 11:45 a.m. for a warranty repair and a recall for the wiring of the rear end of the vehicle. I was informed that these repairs should only take a couple of hours and be done by the end of the day on Friday. After I received no update by Friday afternoon, I reached out to get an update and was told by their Service Advisor, Emileigh, the vehicle had not been assigned and would more than likely be done on Monday. Monday afternoon., I stopped by the dealership to get an update on the repairs, to be told by their Service Advisor, Zach, that the goal would be to have it disassembled by the end of the day and hopefully have 100% completion of repairs by the end of the day on Tuesday. However, twenty minutes later while still at the dealership, I am approached by the Service Manager and told that my vehicle will not be worked on and completed for 3 weeks. I am then informed that if I wanted to skip the line and have my vehicle worked on that I could pay $250. Needless to say, I refused to pay the fee because I should not be paying a dime for warranty or recall work per state and federal laws. But after speaking with a multiple employees on Tuesday, I was informed that the dealership was under advisement from the leadership to make an effort to "manage out" customers that they no longer want to deal with. This can range from a customer requesting an update to a customer leaving a review that they feel is negative in nature. Knowing all of this, I created a case with corporate and brought forth my issues of concern from my experience at the dealership. On September 21, 2023, I received contact from corporate that they had reached out and spoke with Roger about the issues with my vehicle not being worked on, and his response was that the parts had not arrived yet and that no issues of damages to my vehicle have ever been presented to him. Convenient that the appointment for drop off was made after the parts had arrived, and all damages caused to my vehicle by their employees had been documented within their own system. So when corporate requested further information, I happily provided proof that the parts were on hand at the dealership for my repair.Today I am informed that the General Manager has decided that they were no longer interested in performing the repairs. I was informed that it was due to receiving an email from corporate about my case and that I was not to be provided service. Ultimately, I am not welcome for business because I raised an issue with corporate, that they have repeatedly said cannot force them to do anything because of being an independent dealership, but mention if you have an issue with them to bring it up to corporate. This establishment is one that will take advantage of you any way that they can. I have been open to having a meeting with any of the leadership of the dealership to receive the information directly and have only received information from their advisors. But I guess you cannot hold people accountable these days. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Not a great experience. They gave me a day to bring my vehicle in and 11 days later, still not finished. I was warned not to use Astro, I should have listened.

Dealership sold me a warranty on a used car with aftermarket upgrades. To make things short , I came home from out of town and got in my car , drove maybe 2 miles and it quit on me , another month goes by after I take it to my nearest dealership and tell me that I need a new engine and warranty denied the claim because of the aftermarket parts . Astro acknowledged that they sold me the warranty with the aftermarket parts on the car and told me that this is on them and they would fix my car . I finally get it down to Astro the following week and they said they would take care of me and get it fixed . I get a call a week later after trying and trying to get updates , that I need a new engine (already knew this ) and that it would cost 11,000....BUT they would pay half the cost . While that is a nice gesture, I was under the assumption that they would fix it completely, no charge to me , because of selling me a false warranty, and telling me over the phone and In person that it was their fault for the warranty and it's on them . Needless to say I'm beyond pissed . I haven't had my own car in months . Still paying for a car that's been sitting . And having to catch a ride or borrow a car , since they couldn't give me a loaner car because I was "too far away"Mind you I live just about 3 hours away .

Walked into the service door to get service and instead they keep on with their conversation until I tell my son let's go and then you want to ask if I need something??? I hope no one is wondering why you have a 1 1/2 star rating! Check with your service writers and you might not be surprised about your rating...

My 2015 Ford Fiesta has been there since 06/01/23 for a transmission malfunction warning; to date they haven't done the diagnostic work nor repair the door latch that was recalled. I never hear from the service rep unless I initiate status requests; he gives lip service and excuses. Very poor customer service. Picked up my car 06/16/23 and will go to another Ford Dealership Service Department.

I am away from home and needed an oil change. I usually go to another Ford place that gives a discount with the “The Works” online coupon I.d. This place did not have a way to honor the coupon. I payed nearly $125 for a standard oil change, inspection and rotation. Upon receipt, they noted that I would need to replace my tires soon….All four tires are less than a year old and don’t even have 10k miles on them. Red flags all over the place. Honestly, I wish I had taken a picture of my tires before hand because I’m almost afraid they may have replaced them in hopes that I would return to buy them back. Don’t go here.Update: Less than a month after getting this VERY EXPENSIVE Oil change (you know with all the things, and all the boxes checked?) I had to pour an entire gallon of washer fluid into my car. Yes, it took the whole gallon. I’ve never not had my washer fluid checked and refilled during an oil change. This place is a ripoff.

I recently visited this Ford dealership to look at a vehicle and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Tito. I made an offer on the vehicle that was not accepted, but instead of countering or attempting to negotiate with me, Tito simply denied my offer. Soon after, Tito reached out to gauge my interest in other vehicles and said the car we made an offer on had been sold. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. To top it off, several days later, a friend of mine called the dealership to ask about the same vehicle that the offer was made on, only to be told that it was available for purchase. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a car dealership, and it's even worse that Tito lied about the car being sold. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Took my 2019 fiesta in because the air conditioning wasn't working they did a diagnostic and said that the entire system needed to be replaced they wanted almost $2,000 for it. I then took my car to a&w Auto for a second opinion and the problem was a disconnected cord from when they tried to do the cabin air filter. Simply plugged in the cord to the sensor and magically the AC works again. $0 fix, caused by a careless tech at astro Ford.Update 4/27. Still waiting to even hear back from management... Already been 3 days since I made the service department aware of the issues.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my 2022 Truck to Astro TWICE. First, for an oil change. The staff was disrespectful and I felt very unwelcome. Second time I went in, my window would not roll up. Short story, was told to go to a glass business to get it fixed. I was not expecting to get my truck fixed the same day, but at least covered under warranty and parked in a garage. Called another Ford Dealership and they took care of me.
