I went in the drive through to get a anti acid. The girl that waited on me acted so nasty and said I could call ahead but she couldn't help me at that time. I have been to others and had no problem. Won't go back

I ordered my meds for delivery. They set delivery for 4pm today. No delivery! I amOut of very important meds. I received no notification. I have Covid and other serious illnesses and can not get out. I hate Walgreens. Always use CVS until I moved to no msns land and had to use Walgreens. I will be changing pharmacies tomorrow. Walgreens is the worst pharmacy ever. Had I known my meds would not be delivered I would have had a defined to pick them up while she was there….! WTH kind of Chinese service is this? Luckily I’m not on life preserving medications. Horrible service. Also no refill notifications snd I am and have been signed up. I’m extremely ill and I need my meds. Highly disappointed!!!! Also, their hours of service is ridiculous. Are we in china? Streets roll upAt 8pm? Corinth Mississippi has the worst service of anyplace I’ve visited or lived. I hate this place. Looking forward to moving out of this backwoods while on the earth. It is 2922. Not 1920.

We went into this Walgreens to use the Fed Ex center. One of the managers came up to us and asked if we were there to drop off for Fed Ex. When we told her yes and that we needed to print labels she told us that they couldn't do that there, even though the website says they can, because they no longer had a password for their account. She then told me to go to the main Fed Ex center. When I told her that I didn't know where that was she said "well you should google it.". The staff at this store was so rude and unwilling to even talk to us. What happened to customer service? Why would you not be nice so that people would want to return to you store for other services? We will not go to this Walgreens again, for anything.

Hello Corinth Walgreen Store ManagerCan you ask your pharmacy clerk if she/he thinks it is Terrible for amputee customer, that can not drive, that needs his insulin and the prescription called in three days early plenty of time for the pharmacy to get a 30 day supply & every month they tell him, we only have part of your prescription, you will have to come back in two days, then get there another two or three days, & then arrive & they tell him that will be 45 to an hour b4 it will be ready for him to pick up. This is every month, every month, every month. The point, understand if problem once a year, but every month is ridiculous. HELP PLEASESincerely,A Disappointed Business Customer

Pharmacists willing to give flu shots in parking lot. Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to help patients. Even during COVID pandemic, the staff tries to help as much as possible. Great pharmacy!
