Just the overall empathy, professionalism, and compassion had me sold. After Progressive wouldn’t even pay them over the phone with a credit card, they stood up for me.

They advised they were not gonna leave me stranded, cold, and in the dark. They meant just that. Within less than an hour, I was winched completely out of the mud. The owners called me more than once to make sure that I was okay, and had made it home safely. Good people still exist out here. Please call them. I will from now on!!!!”
