Don't use this dealership to have your car service the mechanics don't know what there doing a month and a half ago I had a knocking going on in the front of my truck and the antifreeze smell I brought it to them and there mechanics said bad water pump and fan clutch took a month to get fixed got truck back still had same problem antifreeze smell and a knocking. I took the truck back to Columbia dodge where I bought it the found the hose they put on was destroyed and the knocking was a u joint in the front end they replace it I showed dodge in Corinth and they paid the bill for the radiator hose not u joint so I gave them the Benefit of doubt well then my truck ended up have a cam shaft sensor go so we got one and fixed it truck was still running sluggish so I brought it to them a again last week they tell me it's a fuel injector 1-6 days to get the parts soi rented a truck for a week cost $548 this is our work truck so it need to be on the road on this started on a Monday so Thursday I call they tell me it been back ordered so I called Columbia they had one in stock so I called Corinth and tell them I can go pick it up they had to talk to there parts department and an 1 hour later magically they part is in transit so Friday comes they get fuel injector in and call and say that wasn't the problem it was bad gas they need to clean fuel system and drain tank was a full tank of gas cost was $610 my cost fuel injector was under warranty I say fine I pick up my truck and they said they put $25 in gas in it I get in the truck with 25 miles till empty it take 60 to fill it truck started acting funny doing all the same things chugging not running right so I parked it Sunday the truck just died on the way home engin light cam on again and won't you know cam shaft sensor again so the hole time I has been a bad cam shaft sensor and not fuel injector or fuel system don't use Corinth dodge for nothing they will just cost you money and not fix anything

They are hurting for a dollar and prove it everyday. Ever since this place got new management thier service has gone completely down hill. Their stock is garbage and nine times out of ten they are featuring a used Ford or Chevy in their little show off gravel hill. Or that piece of junk jeep truck. They refuse to stock new trucks at any time its mainly Nissan cars. They look for any reason to low ball pointing out things already known. Claiming certain fixes to cost thousands of dollars when in reality are a hundred. Will not do business with them and neither will most the people I know so I should have listened. Just stay away better off doing business with other dealerships in town or another city.

My wife and I were traveling through and needed service on our RAM 2500. These folks were professional, fast and fair priced. We highly recommend them. The ladies handling scheduling and customer service were awesome. I wish more Dodge dealers were like this!
