I don’t recommend anyone to buy or do any business with King Kars!!! Last May I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from them….four days later my transmission went out. RED FLAG I should’ve let the car go back then, but I honestly loved the car and actually thought that by going to a dealership that I was getting a dependable car. A warranty repair was done and a USED transmission was put in. Now here we are August 2023 and I’m having transmission problems again. I won’t go all into detail on how ugly and unprofessional the owner and salesman were to me yesterday. I held my peace and stayed calm until they gave me the run around and basically said they weren’t doing anything to fix the issue or keep my business. Their reply was “if it’s out of warranty…then it’s nothing we can do” They argued up and down with me about a recall that was sent to my address and a certified Nissan Dealer fixed. After spending 3hrs there going back and forth with them…I lost my cool because I’m a hard working mother of three and I spent my hard earned money on something “ I thought” was reliable… No apologies, or anything..just a simple “it is what it is” If you’ve had good luck with them good…but I don’t advise NOBODY to go down there. They have rebuilt cars on their lot and a bunch of lemons in disguise!! I’m just trying to help the next person from getting screwed but based off the lack of sales..lol I should’ve known better. Like honestly who actually buys cars from them??? The whole three hrs I spent down there NOBODY came looking for a car. They can take this down and I will repost….BAD BUSINESS!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY SALE CARS, BUT DON’T STAND BEHIND THEM!! Ricky King and Darren Howell are the worst!!!

Bought a truck here 6 years ago. I was given documentation stating the truck was clean and had not been in any major accidents. When I asked the salesman why the passenger side of truck had been repainted he stated the truck had been "bumped" and had to be repainted. This was after I had already asked if it had been in any accidents and was told no. However, now that I'm trying to sell this truck the CARFAX states severe damage was done to the entire passenger side of the truck. The seller also stated, the very bold statement, "this truck is so clean, this truck has never been on a dirt road."On a separate note, the finance manager at the time tried to bully and use insults to push me to finance through them although I already had financing and ran my credit info so many times it lowered my credit score 40 points.I filed a report with BBB; however, Mrs.King chose to lie for the salesman and plead ignorance of the previous accident, instead of doing the right thing, in her response. She posted the document they provided me at purchase and it shows no major damage was done to the truck; however, the current carfax states the severe damage was done well before the truck was purchased.Finally, the truck I traded in was a 2005 Ford F150 with a 5.4 triton engine. The engine was going out in the truck and they wouldn't give me much of anything for it which I understood, in its condition. This is also why I did not sale privately, I did not want to sell someone this truck, to have it break down on them 5 miles down the road. However, within a couple days the truck was for sale on their lot for over 13,000 dollars, with the same engine about to go out. Whoever purchased this truck, got a huge disappointment at some point.Good luck if you purchase from this lot. They embrace the sleazy used car dealer stereotype and will double down on their lies.

I don’t choose to do business with King Kars! The only reason I was there was meeting with my sister. Google wants me to review you when I’ve done skipped you many times so maybe this review will make Google Maps happy and won’t keep asking me to review your company.

Side door on the 15-passenger van wouldn't open. No one showed me that the controls for the air in the back of the van were on the ceiling & I thought the air was broken the whole time. When all this was pointed out to them when I dropped it off, they said thanks! No offer for a discount or anything. All that and I had to wait an hour to pick it up when I had reserved it over 3 weeks before.
