Took our vehicle up to see what was making a certain sound and the had told us that they would test it for free then when we got it looked at and they said what it was and we went to check out all the sudden we owe $150 dollars for testing it!! They are a total rip off in the service department!! They don't even deserve a 1 star!!

I have called Crossroads several times to get my 2020 GMC Sierra checked out. The first time was in person and I was talking to Sammy Burcham, early November, I was told the "tranny guy" is backed up a couple of weeks so I told him I would be back in 2 weeks. I waited and when I called to verify, I was told another 2 weeks. I was miffed but didn't berate the guy on the phone I said OK then let's make an appointment. Well guess what, another 2 weeks but was given a date of 12-22-21 at 8 am and they would take a look at it. Off I go this morning to get there by 8 am from Booneville, get there and stand at the service desk until sometime after 8am and someone finally came in to start their workday. I explained what I was there for and was promptly cut off and was asked if I was prepared to leave the truck. I told him that I was told it was most likely a computer setting, and I was prepared to wait for it. He made note that he was the only one there in the office? and that IF they looked at it today, that would be all they did to it. I told him about my communication with Crossroads and he said they had vehicles there unrepaired a lot longer than the 2 months I've been trying to get mine in for. I replied that I was at the wrong dealer ship and left. I will never go back. I'm also going to send a copy of this to GMC Dave Dickerson Booneville Ms

I wait he over two hours for a simple oil change, with an appointment. I know of one other in the lounge that waited 2 hours 45 minutes for the same oil change. I have no idea what's going on behind those doors to the shop, but for an oil change to take that long, I don't think the managment knows either. Looks like a nice clean dealership and the people seemed friendly, but I won't be returning.

***Service Department *** There was a recall for replacement of the fuel rail on my car. It was authorized to be completed at Crossroads. Of course it was after hours when I got to pick the car up. It was probably for the best, because I would have had to vent much anger upon anyone connected with the service department over the condition the engine compartment was left in. Plastic protective piece wasn't secured and the factory bolts missing, fuel rail not installed correctly/completely, some connectors that lead to the computer were not reattached and were left dangling. My husband had to work on it for about 30 minutes before it left the lot. I plan on buying a SUV before years end, but I will not even look at the vehicle stock here because of the bad job the service manager allowed to leave the building. If they did that to my car, what kind of quality do they do on prepping new/used vehicles for the purchase lot? I don't care to find out the hard way.

Only visit service department if you want to pay twice as much for any repair work. Took two of my vehicles in for a service one warranty work, no problem. The other to repair window control they changed $104.33 ($85 labor, $12.50 misc & $6.83 tax). To checkout and tell me what was wrong. The actual work required removal of the door panel to see the cable on the window control was broken (10min). Entire part is one assembly which requires replacement, quote to repair close to $500. After I took my vehicle to a local mechanic for a second opinion work was completed in 30min, part was available locally and total cost (checkout, parts and labor) $190. I would not recommend Crossroads for any type of service or repair work outside warranty items.

We recently purchased a brand new vehicle, and the staff at Crossroads Automotive made the purchase process as easy as could be! We love our brand new vehicle, and will never buy a car anywhere else!
