Great gym. They recently moved all the equipment to one big room and it looks great and it's a lot more convenient. I go in the mornings and it's not too crowded especially now with the new space. One of my favorite gyms I've been to, mainly because they have a plate loaded bench press machine that's actually good.

Had a wonderful time at this gym. Was in town for a wedding this weekend and being a serious gym goer I had to find somewhere to train. This gym was great! Nice equipment, great environment. Will definitely be back when I am back in Corinth! Wonderful hospitality as well!

No contract. Reasonable monthly membership fee. Basketball court, tanning and much more. More bang for your buck than any gym in the surrounding area and it's not a mock gym like PF. Best gym around.
