I initially gave 4 stars but that was before I did some research. It was after the fact. I needed all new lug nuts, 24 total. The cost was roughly $120. The woman who took my order actually commented on how expensive it was, to which I replied that I didn't see a choice. I later learned I could've bought them on Amazon less than one fourth the amount I paid at AutoZone. I guess she works on commission, and maybe she would've gotten in trouble with her boss. Still, if I were in her position, I'd have advised the customer of the much cheaper alternative. I'm sure AutoZone will continue to prosper without my business and good for them, because they sure aren't gonna get anymore.
