Called few days ahead to see if they had the window. He told me yes and the price that was on a Monday come today Wednesday I get there he tells me he ain’t got the right one for my armada that he can order another one be in about two weeks funny do u thank I want to ride around with five kids with no window in ! Stupid dude then tells me well the one I have here that don’t fit right I glued it in for u okay as long it right n want fall out ok then I get home few hours later go look at it omg half of it ain’t glued there glue all over my truck on the window and on top that the mess is sticking out everywhere if I could show pictures I wouldService: Auto rear window replacement

These guys do great work and I have used them several times before with no issue, however this time was not the best. I have 6 vehicles that I have to keep up and I work 100 hours a week, I had my daughter take her car to get the windshield replaced and thought that when it was ready they would let her pick it up and I was going to come by and pay when I got off work because I work out of town. They basically said they didn't trust me, so I will be finding someone else to do my glass work going forward. I may be a lot of things but dishonest is definitely not one of them. They do excellent work I will not say anything bad about that but caring for their customers needs is lacking. It wouldn't be as bad but I called the day before and told him that's what I would need to do and he didn't say anything, once the car was there that agreement was no longer good. My daughter missed an appointment because I trusted the agreement we made the day before.
