Won't let me give what you deserve 0.I placed a delivery order with the Wal-Mart Supercenter located at 20307 Mountain Highway.2 packs of rotten Cod was sent to me.Not only expired but putrid.I wouldn't feed anyone rotten food, fish or otherwise. This is totally unacceptable Called the store and the Managers are in a meeting.Got this stupid message saying return the fish.I'm disabled that's the purpose of delivery.Damn! If I was able to shop I wouldn't have ordered delivery. Why must I be further inconvenienced for poor food quality. What's the purpose of attaching photos can you smell the fish?

Absolutely do not recommend the Walmart in Columbus. Every staff member I've spoken to is extremely incompetent, rude, and never wants to help me out with anything. Nothing is ever available when I need it. If you need something done, forget it! I don't even wanna put one star for them.

I would give a lower rating if I could. I spent 3 1/2 hours, almost 4 even waiting on the tire center to complete 1, ONE!!!!! tire change. 1. I purchased a new tire and set the old one with the auto technician in the tire bay at 12:30 pm. It is now 4:15 pm. I checked frequently stating that i may have missed the call out on the PA system. No. No missed call. They claimed there was a "new system" that had been implemented and I should have recieved a text. No text. In fact, I sat down in an aisle close by and waited. Last check was 3:40 pm. Nothing. I have had bad experiences but this is right near the top of my list. Horrible

The restrooms in the back are ok, until you walk into the stalls. They need a new toilet seat, and stall walls need to be cleaned. Streaks from cleaner being sprayed but not wiped off is not appealing at all.

Another day of Who Cares at Walmart. I went to the watch counter to buy a battery. No one was there. So I got someone to page an employee to that area. 20 minutes later no one has shown up yet. So I go to Customer Service asking for someone to come to the jewelry counter. One person told me there was nothing she could do as she leaned her fat self on the counter. The other Customer Service employee picked up the phone and paged help to the jewelry counter. So I go back and wait another 15 minutes for no one to show up. This is typical of this Walmart in particular and I have had this kind of "who cares" treatment before at this store. If you call the Corp Office you'll find out they don't care about it either. Lazy fat employees is going to be the death of Walmart. I'll take my business somewhere else. I'd offer 0 stars but that option isn't available.

Carts are in bad shape. Parking lot is unsafe. Lots of requests for money from homeless people lingering in the parking lot. Checkout lines are slow and long. I hate going to this Walmart. Everything about it has been a bad experience over the past 3-4 months

This place was a joke before Corona virus. Now it's just sad. Empty shelves on every isle and they can't even keep their own name brands in stock. Employees congregate in the middle of an isle and play grabass instead of working and customers have to try to get around them. Cashiers are non-existent. Everything is self checkout. I don't get paid to do their job. As a retired truck driver, I've been to Wally-Worlds across the country. This one is the only one that I would recommend to either fire the incompetent manager and his useless staff or close the store permanently.

This Walmart has always had poor customer service in the 7 years I have lived in Columbus. Today really showed how bad things were in this particular store. The business I work for buys in bulk from Walmart several times a month. I called to check on a products availability for a pick up and the woman who took my call asks me "who do you thinks gonna go count all those?" I laughed and said I'm sorry I didn't catch what you said. Hoping I heard her wrong. She then says it again and very rudely says she will go find someone and leaves me on hold so long I had enough time to call Kroger and get what I needed ordered by a very polite employee.

You can vividly tell that the employees hate their jobs and do not want to be there. And two registers open on a very busy Saturday night with other employees huddled in groups to talk and cut up? No ma'am!
