“y'all were short staffed and a routine truck pickup took us way longer than it should have (3 hours total, NB: They guy apologized when he finally got round to us but it was still valuable time I didn't have to spare!). Secondly, your trailer is broken yet your online system allows people to rent it out and they only find out it's unavailable when they get there. please fix this. We ended up having to rent a trailer from uhaul to go with the truck we reserved. The truck and trailer were incompatible and we had to drive it across the country. I almost got a ticket for it in Wyoming. I am upgrading my rating to four stars because you reached out to me and I'll be very grateful if you would please hire more people and have your online website truly reflect the reality at your location.
