I wish there was a 0 star option!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL !! Can hardly even get them to answer the phone to even pay the payment!! & also tried to screw me over until i had to get rude & show bank statements just because they can’t keep up with stuff!

I recommend people do not buy a car from Twin River. Roger sold me a car without air conditioning on purpose. He refused to pay for it. My warranty won't pay for it. Twin River is CROOKED!!!

I would recommend this place to everyone, these guys are incredible, this was my very first car and it was not easy, but these guys were there for me in every step. Always checked on me every week or more to update me on cars until I found the one to fit my budget. They had patience and were supportive and very attentive. They made sure everything was ok, they are awesome, they treat you like family and make sure they go above and beyond for you. I love it! I'm thankful for all of their help. Thank you guys

Very helpful. Very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. Maintenance never takes appointments, just says, "come in whenever," and then keeps your vehicle all day because they are busy. Removed custom Ford parts during repair and then didn't mention they'd be able to replace them until the work was already done
