Clean well equipped room. clean bed, decent wifi and tv. excellent breakfast that included cheese omelets, sausage, gravy, and the normal bread/cereal/oatmeal choices.

Walked in the room after work to see a roach crawling on the bed I knocked it off and killed it. Trying to look past the situation I went to get a shower where spiders were waiting on me. I left before my reservation ended and haven't been able to get a refund for my remaining nights.

Name is ironic and far from appropriate
Rooms: We were originally put in 208, non-smoking double. When we went in the room was filthy and there was what appeared to be a dirty pair of underwear behind the bathroom door. We were swapped to 218 which was a little bit cleaner but reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom floor and tub were dirty, carpet looked and felt grimy, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. We needed to get changed for a graduation so begrudgingly stayed. For the price you should find much better accommodations

Remember that this place is in Mississippi. this means roads with pits, rooms with cockroaches, tiny beds and one towel for two. this place completely refutes these stereotypes. I haven't seen such clean rooms for a long time, the service is excellent, there is a "do not disturb" sign in the room, a Bible in the bedside table, a large refrigerator and a microwave. the bathroom is clean with a wonderful faucet and excellent hot water pressure. the Internet is not super-fast (3-4mb for download. 8mb for upload, yep, speed for upload better than download), but it's enough for YouTube. in general, I am pleasantly surprised. I would give this hotel 9/10. and I remind you - these are two stars in their internal category, but in reality this hotel looks like a real three stars. the prices are more than affordable. I recommend this place to everyone! you will definitely not regret it

Basic economy hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Chose this hotel because it offered a full breakfast, but it was a disappointment. Although there was eggs and sausage, both were dried out and seemed like leftovers. Maybe they would have been better at 6:00 am when breakfast started, but at 8:00 I couldn't finish them. Also I really HATE these push-button coffee machines that are showing up in Choice hotels. Hotel coffee is almost never good but these machine guarantee that it will be awful.

There is a lady there that is very rude she was extremely disrespectful to my 16 year old daughter 2 different times will never go back again the rooms are ok but the shower was falling apart. They don't know how to clean like they need to before someone comes in for the night or how ever long you will be there. Now the front office lady's are super sweet. I gave the service 1 star because of one woman. And the food there is not really good eather.

Nearby activities: Only mall
Safety: My truck almost got broken in to there my door will not close all the way now and the sad part is I parked by the office so they really don't pay attention to no one
Walkability: Not very good if you walk down the breeze ways and it has rained you WILL fall we have all did sadly. When it snowed and iced here my husband went and got road salt and had to salt every thing down the owner didn't even have that.
Food & drinks: The coffee is good. The waffle maker is the best thing there and they juice they complain when it is empty and they have to fill it same with the coffee and the food. The food is not warmed up all the way or over done. The Biscuits are hard and the baby taters are never done

So I just had breakfast here with my fiancée and I just have to give the biggest shout out to Zach he was amazing very polite very professional and so so helpful on everything I asked of him from giving me towels only one in my room and most places pretty much say they can't get to them the maid had them locked away not this employee at quality inn night clerk. He should get a raise bc he was by far the most awesome employee here. We will be staying here each visit to Columbus which is often we have family here ...so thank you Zach for making us feel welcomed it just met so much to us . You have a blessed rest of the week and merry Christmas and happiest new year to you and your family ....yay quality inn great business....Rooms: Room was clean, beds comfy,just greatSafety: So safe most places I'm watching over my shoulder but not here I felt very safe even going to out truck early in morning still dark but I knew night clerk was watching . So safe thank you quality innFood & drinks: Breakfast was the greatest so much to choose from . Just amazing service
