Awesome place, awesome service!! Everybody was very nice and explained things in a way I could understand. Me and my wife went on September 4th 2024 for a transmission fluid exchange and the technicians diagnosed a very loud whining noise from the engine which I thought was normal, but it is not. But they quickly showed me and explained what was wrong, how much it would be, and my car is seriously running like new again. Thank you to everybody at the ford dealership, God bless.

I have to thank you all for the couple of associates who stopped and asked if I wanted food or something to drink. The maintenance guy was keeping everything clean. I would have given a 5 star if the communication piece was there. The gentleman who checked me in walked past me for 6 hrs and never acknowledged the time I was waiting which the wait was ok but the did not communicate with the guys in the shop.
