“I'm a current customer of Verizon. They have horrible customer service. Never of any help. A coworker told me about cricket. Best decision I could have made. Shameka and the crew helped me and my whole family from beginning to the end. Answered every question I had. Very professional. Shameka especially kept us laughing and we held a good conversation as if we've known one another forever. Even gave my baby a snack. I recommend anyone to switch. Make you feel like family.
