All started with a text on the store’s website. Staci responded gave me some information on what she thought would be good. She set me up with David at the Columbus Ms store who answered our questions and was very informative. We decided to make our purchase. Our product should be here on November 20. Will give more feedback when we have the opportunity to sleep on it.Very satisfied so far.Johnnie Vandiver

I was disappointed that the base I needed for a twin bed was not available. But we made allowances and things worked out great.I was assisted by Carleise and she was wonderful!!! Very patient and helpful as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs new bedding.

The guy who worked the Columbus, MS store on the afternoon of Thursday, July 20 did an outstanding g job. He was extremely helpful and I felt welcome immediately, almost like family. Hope the mattress pickup goes as well.

Sales rep took great time and patience with me even though I had a 2 year old that was all over the place. The prices were great. I checked in 3 more stores after purchasing the mattresses and still couldn’t find a better deal.
