When it comes to the trucks, this mechanic is clueless. Truck had oil leak, he wanted to replace fuel filter housing and to charge me almost 3k for 2 hrs of work.
First of all I got charged $500 for diagnostic but the truck was misdiagnosed. This issue was the crank filter fuel housing.
Be careful when working with this shop.

I had some wheel seals replaced. They was able to get me right in, needed 4 wheel seals replaced and oil changed, was out that afternoon. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks here. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reasonable prices as well.

Exceptional service. I drive team for a company and Magnolia is one of their service providers in east Mississippi. They have worked on our truck a handful of times and we’re always grateful to be in their service area when we have an issue. Most recently, I had a hub seal leak and parked at a truck stop. The seal was replaced and I was back on the road in just a few minutes. On the way out, he pulled off to offer help to another driver parked on the on ramp shoulder. I know that’s his business but this man got my service call at 3am and the fact that he’d rather offer to help someone else than go back to bed for a few hours really shows his dedication. If I owned my truck, I’d go out of my way to use this shop. I can’t recommend them enough.

Speechless! Desperately needed a tow. not only got that, but Jay was willing to complete the delivery for my fallen truck. Was so communicative through the process, was upfront and didn't try to take me for my money. In fact, money was the last thing that came up. Jay and his team genuinely care about making your situation better! If I am ever in this situation again, i can only hope I am close to a Jay or a place like Magnolia Diesel trucking. Hats off!!
