Got nails done Monday asked for short almond shaped nails. Which he said would be $35 . He took it upon himself to do medium length and never said that I was being charged $5 for medium length which I didn’t ask for and $5 for the shape all of these hidden prices should be shared before service, therefore, it’s a clear understanding. A nail broke Wednesday. I bought super glue to reattach the nail for the remainder of the day. I returned to lavender nail and spa expecting to get a new nail but all he did was add more acrylic to an already broken nail. His mouth was extremely sassy and he acted as if I was bothering him. Extremely rude. Beware

I have never left a review anywhere before coming here, and I was too upset not to. The man who did my (full set gel with tips) nails was incredibly rude. When he asked me to confirm if I liked the length, I asked him for slightly shorter nails and pointed to how much shorter I wanted them- not much at all, just filed down a bit. He physically through up his hands, upset, and cut my nail tip down to almost half the length in one fast clip. He grabbed my finger and held it up to me, asking once again for the ok but very angrily, while verbally berating me for saying shorter then longer. Obviously, I told him that I hadn't wanted it THAT short, just a tiny bit shorter than initially. I get misunderstandings happen, but it was the attitude that upset me. For the rest of the service he was visibly annoyed and threw up his hands multiple times when I asked for little adjustments... little adjustments TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I eventually saw it no use, and left with one hand's nails considerably longer than the other's and dents in both thumb nails. The girl next to me was also visibly upset with her treatment, and complained of being charged for the wrong service. As for atmosphere, it obviously isn't the nicest area but I was surprised to see a (I'm guessing homeless) man napping on blankets on the ground directly outside of the nail salon. The polishes up front were old and coagulated, but the equipment was decent. My nails look okay but definitely not worth the way I was treated here.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Cut every single finger and then got mad because I complained then proceeded to attempt to hurt me.

they are very rude there. they suck at designs. they talk bad about there customers in their language & they are high go to V NAILS INSTEAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR money with them. i got my nails done saturday and lost 2 nails by mondayServices: Acrylic nails

We went there a couple months back, the owner gentleman did a great job. Went there two weekends ago, owner would not do them he had two young new guys, very inexperienced, they were awful. We are very dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone to go there.Services: Foot massages

The place is very nice, their chairs are good, not great. Pedicure- We went there around 2 months back, the older owner gentleman did my feet and he did great. One of the best exfoliations ever. Went back two weekends ago, had two young guys, they were terrible. Very inexperienced and really sloppy and very weak. One of the worst I have ever had. My wife had the same experience, she also had her fingers did, they were terrible. We will not likely ever go back.

Bumpy nails and the polish on my toes is so caked on i had to use clippers to get globs of it off. Definitely not worth the 150 I paid and wont be back.
