Came for a biometric screening. There is only a kiosk to sign in with. No one was at the window. No one greeted me when walking in.

I had an appointment for 11am. Got there at 10:55, was immediately greeted and checked in. I was all done and leaving the lab by 11:10, and they *still* apologized for the "delay". I wish I had gotten my phlebotomist's name, she was very friendly and very competent. I barely felt the needle.Overall, I had an excellent experience and have zero complaints!

Takes to long to have test done and way to long to receive the results. It didn't use to be this way at labcorp but since they implemented the robotic check in system instead of everything being better and faster is worse it's slower.
