5 years ago I gave this store a 4. Today I am changing it to a 2! This is the 1st time that I have went to Columbus and had a better customer experience in Walmart than kroger. My wife & I spent 15 minutes waiting on someone to clear a 13 item notice. Whatever they did to their self checkout scanner was BAD. As bad as the support is to help people checkout, you should have a manager supervising it.

Just look at all the other 1 star reviews and that tells a lot about this Kroger. Meat department has awful, lazy workers with attitudes if you need something. And they're good about hiding out in the back! No one ever answers the front office phone when calling. Going to start driving to the Starkville Kroger!! Just look at the wrong pricing...and the chicken breast was "suppose" to be on sale for $1.99 lb.!!

Great selection of food and produce. It is a nightmare to check out. Sometimes they have only one cashier or not one at all even during busy hours. The self checkout is not user friendly at all. Isles are tight and usually mostly blocked.

Easy to get into. It's not hard to navigate and find the things you need. Great produce and meat.

The deli workers seem to be preoccupied and overworked. I called and requested a 1/8 sheet cake in recognition of my daughter's completion of the 11th grade. The person on the phone asked me all these questions about how I wanted the cake made etc. Well, when I got there they claimed to have no record of my order. I was treated like an annoyance. No effort was made to make the situation right. Needless to say I left with out a cake. I should have asked to speak with management but I just left.The store overall is nice but the Deli needs work.

This store is always out of stock of more popular and high demand items! Self checkout is convenient but I have only seen one actual checkout line with full service open at one time! Lines are extremely long and longer wait times! Most of the employees are friendly and helpful! Plus, I usually have to bag my own items or the checkout line time doubles! Very frustrating store! Starkville is sooooo much better!

Always out of stock and the produce has fruit flies that will infest your house.

Don't use the pharmacy. Customer service sucks. Specifically Yolaunda(sp?!) is rude. Grocery store is decent but parking isn't enough.

One word. Awful. Don’t use curbside if you want groceries that will actually last. Don’t speak to management about your issues because they don’t care.

The self check-out is ridiculous! Machine constantly telling you to bag your item after scanning and most times taking forever to recognize that you have bagged the item. Then you have to wait for help to continue checking out. Look at Walmart’s system. Way better! Overall, I’m satisfied with the store. Like most stores, always check the prices on your receipt as they may be wrong.

This store is pure chaos!! An example of this is….,The cashier wasn’t at her register when she did so up all did was ask other employees when they were getting off. I was there 20 minutes and I could say more!!!

Waited in one of two lines open (4 people ahead of me) for 15 minutes. When I started adding my items on conveyor belt I was hollered at by a very rude bag boy “she closed, she closed!” to which I replied “no sir, I’ve been standing here, waiting for over 10 min” he explained they were short handed and it was time for them to go on break, redirecting me to the back of the now only checkout open where the line extended into the frozen food section. I saw at least 3 employees standing around the front laughing over the situation. Manager witnessed the whole thing from customer service. I didn’t have the time to wait in line again so I walked out the door leaving my cart full of groceries that took me over two hours to shop for. I have exclusively shopped at Kroger for 7 years and use to enjoy it. Now, no one picks up the phone when you call, half the items are expired, the cashiers won’t make eye contact, and they relentlessly bag my baby food with raw meat. I think we’ll take our business elsewhere.
