I only use the Kroger pharmacy because they seem patient and knowledgeable. They really work with you. They make you feel seen. They remember you when you come again. I just can’t stress how comforting it is to feel like someone cares especially when you feel you’re worse or most vulnerable. So thankful for y’all

Once again, Kroger advertises something they don't have in stock. I won't bother asking why as you'll just get some BS excuse. I guarantee you if you go to the Starkville Kroger they will have it. So what is wrong with the Columbus store?? Bad management, worse employees?

Rude young female. Usually love there pharmacy but this is not the first time. She needs to be checked. Don't work with the public if ur not a ppl person simple.

Awful. Curbside is a joke. They'll give you food that expires within a day and dented cans. Staff are mostly friendly. Management is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Total waste of time the people who answer the phone at the pharmacy are rude and give you an answer and when you ask how to do what that suggested they say I don’t know ??♀️

As far as the pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy. But as far as the store overall, there food market is amazing. They carrie things such as fresh produce" bakery and much more. There customer service is always extremely busy.

Rude employee actually made me so upset I cried. I have never been treated so awful by someone working for the public. The store is great the pharmacy on the other hand I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL REPORT WHAT HAPPEN TO ME!!!!!!!!

Love... Love... LOVE Pharmacist Kathryn and Pharmacist Jamie!! So patient... so thorough and detailed oriented ... so friendly as they pay close attention to their customers as individuals not a number in a crowd. I am on several medications and any time something new is added the carefully review any drug interactions and have cautioned me to check with my physicians when needed! I trust and depend on them for their wisdom and delight in their thoughtfulness! The staff is also very quick; dependable and have a smile for you! I highly recommend them to everyone I know and even strangers I meet!! Thank you Kroger Pharmacy for being the best mixture of professional and friendly!
