I went there thinking that my blower motor needed replacement. Not needed, just trash in the squirrel cage. So I had them to replace the spark plugs, cabin filter (both really needed it) and an oil change. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. A great repair experience. Now Baby hums as she goes down the road.

I took my vehicle in March and was told I needed a very small ( pinky size) bypass hose but hard to get to so it was 247.00!!! Of course I had them fix it like MANY times before. I have put a FEW hundred miles on it. Now I get my valve cover gaskets replaced and he tells me the factory hose is leaking BUT someone had put a new CLAMP on it!!! I will be calling them after lunch about this. Ladd was wonderful but he is gone. I will never go back to Import Doctor!!

They use to be a great shop until the new ownership. The service really sucks now from my last experience especially when they took a new part that I took there to have put on then later find out that part was not put on a used one was.

Not the same as when Ladd owned it. Took new starter back and swapped it for a refurbished one. Only found this out when going to O’Reilly’s and checking warranty on it. They told me what Bubba had done. He even put it in his name and kept the difference in cost.
