This company is very unprofessional with a lack of care for their clients. I work at a clinic where a patient was dropped off for her appointment at 9:30. The patient's appointment ended at 11:10, and we contacted this company to pick the patient back up. The patient waited over THREE HOURS to be picked up. We made several phone calls to the company informing them that the patient was still at our facility, and we were met with rude employees who hung up on one of her staff members. It's sad that they pride themselves on providing "special needs" transportation, but yet have no sympathy when it comes to making their patients wait. Not sure if they are contracted through Medicaid, but I will be finding out to file a further complaint!
