“My Customer Service Experience was 5 stars and redeemed my original opinion of Noweta's. I ordered an arrangement for a memorial service, I am sorry to say it was not as expected. When I emailed Noweta's sharing my disappointment, and asking for the opportunity to speak to someone to remedy the situation I was called back within an hour by the owner (despite it being past normal business hours). He was sincerely apologetic and agreed that the arrangement was not up to their standards. He was very kind in offering me a refund, and said he would talk to his staff the next day so this doesn't happen in the future. He then went the extra mile, gave me his personal cell number and told me next time I need flowers, to let him know and he will personally ensure they knock it out of the park. While I wish the arrangement had been what I was hoping for, customer service made up for it. He was so genuine, and kind. I really appreciated that he wanted to speak to his staff, and use this as an opportunity to offer support to his staff if that was the reason for the quality of the bouquet I received. I feel good doing business with Noweta's moving forward not only because of the quality of the customer service, but because they care and treat their staff with dignity and kindness.”

“While I LOVE the Kroger in Columbus I will never repeat never buy a thing from the deli there again. I understand hating to work on Christmas Eve and being busy but darn do I understand being rude. Went to the deli waited 10 minutes for anyone to come out of the back to help then another 5 minutes for the person to wash their hands another 5 for her to wipe off the slicer all this time NEVER saying one word to me. Got to another slicer and said”what do you want?” And not in a polite way. Never turning around until I replied “nothing” I’ll do with out and I walked away. Rude and hateful I will never go there to buy lunch meat again.”
