My package has been sitting at this fedex office for 4 days. It was supposed to be at 8 pm Monday and Tuesday but it no fedex driver has delivered my package. The craziest thing is my package is supposed to be here at 8 pm. But the place closes at 7. Then calling them is a waste of your time. I don't recommend this fede at all.

TERRIBLE Driver Today! Totally disrespectful! This woman driver came barreling down our gravel driveway today. We stood in the road after her delivery to flag her down. Told her she could have KILLED a child crossing the driveway. This woman SNEERED, said NOTHING, and SPEED OFF. AGAIN. Total disregard for human LIFE. Disgusting behavior.

I have lived all over and get things mailed all the time, but this place makes the USPS look like it moves at the speed of light. Anytime it's the weekend or if there is any rumor of a cloud in the sky don't expect your package. If you live in Columbus, MS and the sender uses FedX don't spring for next day or the 1-3 day you would be living a fools dream to think that would really happen. So far EVERY package seems to move quick until it hits Columbus MS then like magic it gets lost or takes days to drive it less then 20 mins to deliver to you. Just try to avoid using The Columbus FedEx. Rath have it stopped at any surrounding town and drive there to pick it up it's faster to drive an hour to pick it up in another town then wait about a week for it to just sit there while they do who knows what mins away all the time making excuses on why they can't do their job proprely.

FedEx, located at 4871 S Frontage Rd., Columbus, MS 39701 I was supposed to receive an envelope today (Friday) at 4:30p. It never came. My automatic updates notified me that there was a delivery exception - incorrect address. LIES! I have a copy of the FedEx shipping label and the address is correct! Not only that, but FedEx has delivered to my home previously. So I call the sender and ask them to contact FedEx to straighten this out. I also called FedEx. The sender and I were told that "it's a new driver and he's unfamiliar with the area." Seriously?! No GPS???? MORE LIES! Is the driver incapable of reading my house number which is clearly marked on my mailbox? Is he incapable of driving down the road and reading my last name on the mailbox? The customer service rep said they contacted the driver and told him to come back. Well, it has been 2 hours and he's still not here. No call either. This is BS. I paid the sender $25 for overnight delivery and guess what? It's Friday evening so I guess I'm going to be waiting until Monday and I'll guarantee you that come Monday, I'll be given some other BS lie and likely won't get the package unless I go there to pick it up myself. Talk about getting screwed! I recommend that you don't use FedEx. Use DHL, UPS or USPS. These people are clearly lazy and incompetent and by the time you figure that out, they simply lie to you. My name and house number are clearly displayed on one side of my mailbox and the house number is displayed on the other side. UPDATE: It is now Friday night at 7:53pm and I once again checked tracking. Guess where my package is? That's right! It's back in Columbus at the FedEx facility! The driver never came back as allegedly directed. UPDATE #2: It is now Friday night at 8:30p and I just received another text from FedEx. It says: Estimated delivery to "XXX", MS US not available. STOP to cancel. - now does that sound like they even tried to deliver the envelope tonight? No, they didn't. You and I both know that FedEx has GPS capability Plus the fact that they've delivered here before leaves them no excuse whatever. I'll be updating this again until I receive my envelope. Everyone needs to know just how incompetent these people are. UPDATE #3: Well, it's now 4:00 p.m. on Monday...I just got off the phone with FedEx and told them the envelope still is not here. I was told that the envelope had been returned to the shipper! I asked who told them to do that because I know that I did not ask for it to be returned and neither did the shipper. She didn't answer my question but said she "clicked" on it and although it said the envelope was returned to the shipper, it is in fact on the truck for delivery. I told her I received 2 texts stating that it would be delivered by 4:30p today. I told her if the truck driver can't find my house to call. I can drop him a pin. I told her that my house number and name are very prominently displayed on the mailbox so all the driver has to do is drive down the road until he sees it - it's not hard (they hire drivers who can read, right?). Okay, so I then asked her to call the driver to confirm he's not going to just turn around and go back to Columbus like he did on Friday to which she responded, "We don't have direct contact with the drivers, we can't call them." Really?!! So did FedEx lie to me Friday or are they lying to me today? Because Friday they told me that "called the driver and told him to return to my house with the envelope," so which is it? Do you or don't you have phone contact with your drivers? I'm inclined to believe that they do not because the guy never returned to my house on Friday as directed. Anyway, the envelope is still not here and I have not received any additional texts from FedEx. More to follow..... UPDATE #4. Okay people - honest question coming at you: Exactly how stupid do you have to be to get a job at FedEx? It's 5pm. No package. I ca

One of your employee dropped off my package. So two stars. Congrats on doing your job. HOWEVER your employee was YELLING LOUDLY on the phone all the way up to my door. I have zero issues with them being on the phone, I get it, they can still obviously breathe, walk, drive, do their job. My issue is that its 0930, on a quiet Saturday morning and suddenly I have a angry sounding man yelling at my door. I'm home alone, the mouth breathers didn't even say FEDEX or anything. My dogs were sounding the alarm, thank goodness I don't have a baby or I would be on a whole new level of angry. That's NOT OKAY. I would have walked my happy a$$ over to him to yell at him but he was already gone. Please talk to your employees about situational awareness and proprioception on their loudness on a quiet morning. I don't think that's much to ask, even for a backwards Deep South area like this one.
