Cars have all been nice and clean. They’ll usually upgrade me into the next sedan class with no status. Be prepared for a line, most poplar of the three rental options at GTR. Had a flat tire and replaced the vehicle with no hassle or issues.

I had to replace my rental car due to a mechanical issue, and Enterprise's Road Side Assistance Center is a 3rd party company, and does not have access to any inventory or location information. They tell you to either go to the location to see if they have a car, or to call and ask. I called the GTR Enterprise location 17 times in two days to try and get a hold of them. The phone rings for 5 minutes, and then automatically hangs up on you. I've been shuffled off from one person to another by Enterprise for 2 days to try and find a car, and they've simply ignored me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

U have to have a credit card apparently which is not mentioned when reserving a vehicle online... thats a pretty important detail to not make blatantly obvious. Avis/budget lets u use a debit card and they're cheaper, go there.

First car I was given had a leaking front right tire. They made up for it by servicing the other three to 50 psi. Swap of the vehicle was fairly painless.When I returned the lady at the desk said she couldn’t check my car in at that time, but I would be emailed a receipt. It’s now been 4 days. The local office doesn’t answer the phone and two calls to corporate have been fruitless.

Good service. I would recommend taking the phone with you when you leave the desk. This isn’t the first time. However- the phone doesn’t work, so that may not help

Worst service. Don’t answer the phone… ever. Don’t return messages.. 4 left over a week none returned. Gave me a call with an almost flat tire which I had to fill up twice in a week as I couldn’t get them to return a call.

Had a reservation at 12. Its now 12:45 and we are #4 in line and the lady at the counter is washing, fueling cars and trying to run the counter. I have never seen anything so messed up. In 45 minutes NO BODY has been helped. Sad sad sad! We had to drive an hour to get this enterprise cause they are the only one open on Sundays. PITIFUL!!
