If you try to get your phone in the store be aware, They do not offer the same deals that you can get online. . My son would have gone somewhere else, but they had already imported his number into their system. ☹️☹️☹️ when he questioned them about why he was being required to pay for things that are not mentioned online the store manager had an attitude.☹️ Better to deal with switching online or better yet go somewhere else!

I'm a current customer of Verizon. They have horrible customer service. Never of any help. A coworker told me about cricket. Best decision I could have made. Shameka and the crew helped me and my whole family from beginning to the end. Answered every question I had. Very professional. Shameka especially kept us laughing and we held a good conversation as if we've known one another forever. Even gave my baby a snack. I recommend anyone to switch. Make you feel like family. And Johnny show nuff know everything about a phone. Wish I could give 10 ? stars

I've been a customer with cricket for years. I love my service and the worker's. They know they stuff and get you in and out. One thing about that Shameka she gone sell you some. Lol. One day I went in and was sad and Shameka asked what's wrong. I told her my mom had a stroke and it wasn't good. She held me, prayed and cried with me. It was really genuine. I wanna shot out to the workers in Columbus. Everyone is friendly. Mr Johnny really knows his stuff about phones. My phone was froze up and he took his time on getting my phone back up and running. Saved me money from buying another one. Give that man a raise

I have been a Columbus cricket customer 2 years and have brought friends there because they go way beyond just waiting on you. I you have aproblem, they are always there and your employee John is oneof.the best, if not the best helper with a phone I have ever experienced and I've dealt with cell.phones since 1997. He goes beyond the last mile to help and explain if you have a problem. There are so many people that travel from my location in alabama to go to Cricket, because they know when they get there, John is going to make the problem go away and they are going home happy. I'll take cricket always and we want everyone to know that their employee, John, will ALWAYS have his customers go home happy and confident that he has taken care of the situation. Please don't let anyone take him away from Cricket, Columbus miss, 39705. Thank you so much

I was here last Saturday with my Fiancee checking on possibly replacing his broken phone and service from Trackphone. In order to use their service I would have to buy another phone. This is getting very old! My phone isn't even 4 months old and it's a great phone- Samsung. In order to use this service I'd have to go DOWN ie downgrade my phone quality choice to a phone that won't even match the quality of my fantastic existing phone. I'm a Digital Atrographer so to me a great camera is everything. None of thier Android phones come close to the quality of my camera I already have. It should be our choice on what phone we want, what service company, and what plan instead of being forced into purchasing a new phone for any service we'd like to change over. I say let us choose whatever phone we wish to work on every service not locking up phones to certain companies. After all it is WE whom pay for it all. I'll just keep my existing plan and fantastic phone. Sorry not sorry no thank you for your service.
