I had the best car buying experience with Columbus Hyundai I have ever had. The value, warranty and gas mileage of a new Hyundai cannot be beat and Alan Castleman and all of the folks at Columbus Hyundai will treat you right.

I recently visited Toni Spencer at Hyundai dealership in Columbus, MS for maintenance on my vehicle, and I was fortunate to have Toni as my service advisor.
Toni greeted me with a friendly smile and took the time to thoroughly explain the maintenance process. She was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.
She earned my trust and she is the reason I would like to back there for any maintenance on my car.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Hyundai Santa Cruz. Alan really understood our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle. From picking it out to financing, everything was just as we had hoped. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased here and have nothing but good to say about both vehicles & the buying experience.

Service department is terrible. Kept my car for over two months and never communicated with me unless I called them directly. Most of the time you can't even get a hold of anyone in the service department. Kept promising me my car would be ready and then never was. Whenever they would miss a deadline, I'd have to call them and they'd never even explain why they missed said deadline. Terrible experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Really nice place . MY SISTER CAME INTO TOWN TO TAKE HER CAR HERE. SHE DROPED IT OFF FOR THEM TO WORK ON A RECALL PART. I PICK HER UP HER AT THIS PLACE TWICE . THEY FIXED BOTH HER RECALLED PARTS. AT TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS . I PICKED HER UP BOTH TIMES SINCE I LIVE HERE AND SHE CAME A HOUR OUT OF TOWN TO GET HER CAR FIXED . THEY DID A GREAT JOB BOTH TIMES. I APPRECIATE THEM TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY SISTERS CAR. I GLAD I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY SISTER AND SPEND THE TIME WITH HER WHILE THEY WORKED ON HER CAR. THEY DID A GREAT JOB BOTH TIMES FOR MY.SISTER CAR .. I APPRECIATE THAT . THEY HAVE ONE MORE THING TO FIX WHEN THEY GET TO THAT NEXT RECALL PART. I APPRECIATE THEM.TAKING CARE OF MY SISTER AND HER CAR . . GREAT PLACE . I SAW THEY HAD SOME REALLY NICE CARS AND VEHICLES. MY FIRST TIME BEING THERE . BUT VERY NICE PLACE.

Kept my car for 5months with bad communication. Once i received a call to pick it up they didn’t give me my original key. The new key is very much a down grade from the original and it isn’t programmed to my car. I can say I had higher expectations, but you just can’t find decent compassionate humans these days. And the service manager has yet to return any of my calls. 0/10 would not recommend.

Todd in the service department has been extremely patient to help us solve an AC problem we’ve had actually for years in AL. At this Hyundai they made us feel like it was a team effort to solve the problem and it eventually seems to have been solved! Yay! Thanks to Columbus Hyundai for taking care of us! We were close to losing faith in Hyundai because of the service dept in a neighboring state. They are trying their best here, imo.

I love that the car wash is touchless. It's out of traffic but still (convenient). I put the washi tape over the speaker too btw. I couldn't stand it screaming at me. #sorrynotsorry #retro
