Very displeased with the service department. I called on Monday to make an appointment for an oil change. It was scheduled for Friday @ 9:00. I arrived at 8:40 that morning for my 9:00 appointment. I left the vehicle with them. Called them at 11:45 to check on it and it had not been touched. The reason they gave me was they put walk ins waiting in the waiting room ahead of me. She preceded to tell they will get on it. Was also told they were down a tech. Why couldn't they call me and let me know of this. No communication, zero customer service. I would have been more understanding if they would have communicated about being down a tech. Needless to say I picked it up without being serviced. I was in need of my vehicle. My vehicle had not moved since dropping it off. The window was rolled down with my keys laying in the drivers seat. Thankfully no one took it. Do better Carl Hogan.

My salesman David Miller went above and beyond his duties to find the right vehicle for my wife and came well below our budget. David stayed in constant contact communicating what he needed and where we were in the process. When we got to the dealership he had all the paperwork ready to sign and drive. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Go see David for your vehicle needs he is top notch.

Parts person..not aware of c8 zo6. You are not a tech...GM RECOMMEND YOU CHANGE THE FILTER AT 75OO DID NOT SAY THAT YOU CANT CHANGE THE FILTER BEFORE...ITS A YOUTUBE PERSON HPO CHANGED HIS FILTER WAY BEFORE 7500...AND HE WILL DO THE FILTER AT 7500 PER THE MANUAL... IF YOU RUN CAR HARD CAN OVER SERVICE YOUR CAR NEW OIL IS ALWAYS GOOD.

No communication with customer, took truck in for warranty, gave me a pretty $$$$ bill, but asked to not touch, or fix anything if was not covered.

Told them if it was not under warranty dont fix it. Halley and sirra are terrible they me 2x the money after I told them if not under warranty leave it alone

Mr Ray Atkinson is our favorite. This is our 3rd car we have purchased from him. He is always “low key” and so polite. This time we preordered our vehicle and Carl Hogan made this process so easy. Josh in finance was so nice and Jim (I believe is his name) with the preorder was just a delight. Will always purchase from these guys
