I had an amazing experience with Kenya. I did the application online and she called right away and once I submitted the needed info she called back and let me know what I qualified for. She made sure I was comfortable through out the entire process and she already had everything worked up.

If I could give no stars I would this place is awful I don't even know where to start. If I could stop anyone from going here I would. Highly don't recommend anyone going. They will cheat you out of every penny you have and sell you something for 4 times the price that it is worth. They are very rude and ghetto about there service. Steal things off of the car as well as do damage to your car when they repair things at there shop. And when something is said about it they only notated it in other words don't do anything about it because they don't give a crap. They will curse you out when you get on the phone with them as well. Highly unprofessional unfriendly and will let it be known to the world that Carmart is a joke that needs to be shut down because they are worth nothing and there name is not gonna be a good one when I get through with them.

These people here in Columbus by far is they messiest, rude, Kim and her workers are terrible with their attitudes and think your not going to snap back especially about a car that don't supposed to be messing up this early, the only thing great experience I had from them is Kenya and KC they ones that stayed their same way from the beginning to end, Matt knew my truck had something going on with my truck because he called it the whining truck, my truck started acting up worse by May when my air went out car-mart already knew because I kept calling them about but they thought I was lying, from the time I got my car in January it was bad, my tire and engine light kept popping on even though I was getting my car serviced Matt knew because when I brought it to him he sprayed W-D40 on the engine from May to Aug I had to get a pulley, new belt, and thermostat fixed and it still was messing up, I lost a lot of money and then they want to come and get when I didn't pay my note now they hollering $2500 to help get it fixed...My car engine going out wasn't my fault it was theirs and it's messed up# take your money elsewhere #getovers

I had an amazing experience with car mart. I am 21yrs old, and was in need of an affordable and reliable car to get me back and forth to work. I did my online application and Kenya called me back right away and assured me that she could help! She did just that and I walked away a happy, satisfied customer! If you’re looking for a small car, something affordable, this is definitely the place to go! Oh and make sure you ask for Kenya, she will definitely help make sure you get into something that you’ll love!
