They installed wiper blades on my truck and on my first trip to Tupelo one of them blew off. I stopped in Aberdeen to get another one. It did not fit the windshield correctly. Did not even touch the windshield on the ends. When I went back to the Columbus location they said they do not warranty their install of wipers and they do not warranty that a wiper fits your vehicle. I will never buy another Duralast wiper. If I break down in the Columbus store parking lot and need a part, I will walk to a different parts store before they receive any money from me.

I am a certified mechanic and I got turned down here for a job at this location after having an interview on the sales floor sitting on a ladder . They hire anybody here! I ask for oil and oil filter and dude says he don’t know what that is and has to look it up and then proceeds to argue me down with the wrong filter he tried selling me. Can’t stand this location! Look over the actual mechanics to hire people who don’t even no a single thing about cars . Place is dirty and unprofessional! Avoid at all cost!

First of all why can’t you leave less than 1 star?!? I called to check on a belt I needed. I had the size of the belt I needed. I had already called Oreilly and advance auto, they checked but didn’t have it in stock but told me they could order it. This guy at autozone told me he couldn’t check anything without the make and model of my vehicle. It didn’t go on a car. I asked him could he not look at the belts and read the size. He said no. I told him he was the only parts store in town that couldn’t. Don’t waste your time or money in this place!

They always find parts if they don't have at the store and get it from one of stores are ordered next day.

Today did it with me with the AutoZone chain. Buying a battery and was told to wait for another customer that was still shopping, then finally when she checks out the cashier helps her take take her purchases to her car. At this point, no big deal, I’m sure everyone has had to experience racism in their life. But the clerk added a battery install kit I didn’t ask for. I immediately returned it without a refund.

The two ladies in the store really did a great job (better than the guys work there). Well stocked. Clean. Thank goodness the stopped playing that loud crazy music in the store.

The service was excellent!!!! I'm sad that we are so caught up in our "what we wanna do" that we are just not focusing on true life! It saddens me that there were only females working on Sunday when I came to get the new Battery that I purchased! Where are the men? In an Auto Parts Store? Only women? Carrying batteries? Yes, I do appreciate that we women are standing strong, but I still feel we were not built for, nor should do EVERYTHING men are built for and should be doing!!! Y'all be blessed!
