Great company with a fast response. They even answered on their Facebook account when I sent them pictures to make sure they could get the vehicle out because the company my insurance hired the day before said that they couldn't get my vehicle out of my garage and off of my property. When they dropped my vehicle off at the dealership they managed to get it into their service bay and put it down on an empty lift a few rows in. If I ever need towed again I will always use Champion because their drivers can do what other companies are incapable of.”
“Awesome place, awesome service!! Everybody was very nice and explained things in a way I could understand. Me and my wife went on September 4th 2024 for a transmission fluid exchange and the technicians diagnosed a very loud whining noise from the engine which I thought was normal, but it is not. But they quickly showed me and explained what was wrong, how much it would be, and my car is seriously running like new again. Thank you to everybody at the ford dealership, God bless.”

“I got a spray in bedliner from H&H in Columbus Mississippi. The brand of the spray is Patriot, which is not as widely known as a couple of brands. But it goes on hot and looks premium, just like the others. The folks could not have been nicer. Im totally satisfied.”

“This crew over at Empire Truck Sales - Columbus, MS was absolutely fantastic !!! I had one of our trucks go down with a bad radiator. I reached out to them with the hopes getting checked out before they closed on Friday night. Not only did they get my truck in to verify concern but told me they were going to get the radiator replaced. The service department got the job done and my driver back on the road same night.... Fantastic service! I never would have expected that level of service on a Friday night as a drive in customer! Thank You....

“y'all were short staffed and a routine truck pickup took us way longer than it should have (3 hours total, NB: They guy apologized when he finally got round to us but it was still valuable time I didn't have to spare!). Secondly, your trailer is broken yet your online system allows people to rent it out and they only find out it's unavailable when they get there. please fix this. We ended up having to rent a trailer from uhaul to go with the truck we reserved. The truck and trailer were incompatible and we had to drive it across the country. I almost got a ticket for it in Wyoming. I am upgrading my rating to four stars because you reached out to me and I'll be very grateful if you would please hire more people and have your online website truly reflect the reality at your location.
